The neglect and ignoring of tests and imaging and questions is rampant here. Then you have these very young M.A's, fresh out of a 7 month trade school who act like they know medicine. For years Sewell didn't review his P.A.s work and bad medical practice he almost lost his license.

I never write reviews but I’m so dissatisfied with the quality of care I received from Dr. Sewell that I felt compelled to share. I had a couple of very significant tests done which came back with scary results. He had an assistant call me with the results and when I requested to talk to him as I had questions, I was never called back. He referred me out and as yet, ( it’s been weeks) I have not gotten a call. I try calling but can’t get through to a live person. It sure has become difficult getting quality care these days.

I've been with doctor Sewell and his staff since the very beginning. His staff is of the finest quality. I have been seen by all of his staff at one time or another and have had excellent care. Josh,Gordon,Trish,and Dee are amazing. I appreciate them so much the truly are the best and have outstanding bedside manner to go with the skills.

As I struggle with daily life now I very much regret entrusting my health, to Dr Sewell and his P.A.s' Jason and especially Josh for around a decade. Never getting an physical here should have been a sign to me to leave this place, but I didn't. I can't believe Josh Cavaness is back at Vista. Josh was in charge during the massive decline of care at Vista and Dr Sewell didn't pay any attention to the bad job and the ignoring of test results his P.A.'s blew off for me. If you don't ever want any kind of exam or any kind of preventative care other than a chat and an annual blood test then Dr Sewell is your man and Vista is your place. Just don't end up like me when I should be in the happiest part of my life due to a lack of preventative care, no exams, and problems on films ignored at Vista, year after year.

Out of the half-dozen times I've seen Dr.Sewell only once did he seem to have any confidence in what he was doing. My most recent visit was for back/neck pain that included muscles that are constantly spasmed that has been going on for months. His recommendation... acupuncture or physical therapy. No specialist recommendations and nothing further he could think of. Not confidence inspiring. I would not recommend him or vista complete care.

Both my wife and I have been seeing Dr Sewell and other providers in his team for almost two years. We couldn’t be happier. Not only is he open minded, recommends nutrition and other alternative treatments to make you better, but he truly makes you feel taken care of as he takes his time to address all your concerns.Aside from that he has very transparent and affordable pricing.We could not be happier.
