scammers. shotty cover ups on vehicles they're asking top dollar for. The past 3-4 years, older diesel trucks were bringing big money. they harvested on this. stay away from this dealer. the go through great lengths to cover up big problems. If you decide to buy from them.. take your time, bring the vehicle to a mechanic you know before giving them one penny.here's is the truck i bought from them in June 2022. Unknown to me, the truck is absolutely riddled with rust. I had no idea until I brought it to my mechanic for a leveling kit... unfortunately for me, it was after I bought the truck. I'm embarrassed to say it, but this dealer really dooped me. I paid full asking price, more than $30k, for a truck worth maybe $8-10k. I'm worried the frame is going to break in half from the sever rust problem. Annie dooped me. The Indian scammer owner dooped me. Their tweaker "mechanic" dooped me. They showed me a fictitious Carfax. Told me the car was from California. They absolutely positively lied about both. I just hope it hasn't had a gauge cluster swap. Because the truck I bought had 59,000 miles when I got it.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Aaron and Annie were great to work with. Annie got the financing deal done even though there were some issues on my side. Excited to have a truck again and will definitely use them again when I need a new to me truck.

We had a pleasure purchasing our truck from Cypress Auto Center. We found a truck in their inventory while doing research online. After test driving the truck we expressed a couple areas of concern to Annie and Aaron as well as where we wanted to be in terms of price. A couple weeks later after checking in with Annie, they had remedied all of our concerns with the truck and came down in price. We are now the owners of the truck! Extremely pleased with their service, professional and friendly, go check them out if you are looking to buy a truck!

The lady straight up lied to me, i asked if there truck for sale had any rust and she told me the vehicle lived its whole life in california. I show up and truck has a bunch of bad rust and when i asked for carfax, turns out vehicle is from new york and then idaho. And a accident she tried to hide! Very dishonest!

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a used 2006 Dodge Ram. I had some concerns about the age and availability of parts. The salesperson, "Annie", promised that this truck was flawless. Annie also promised to provide any parts ever needed at "cost". Within a day of purchase, this truck has had issues. Annie promised that the owner would be in touch.... We have not heard from them in two weeks.... In fact, the last time we spoke, Annie said the owner was at an auction, probably buying another truck for the next s****** Do not shop here, this place is SHADY!!!! -seized torque converter - blown injectors - warped exhaust manifold $10k+ in repairs needed....

I was searching for a specific type of SUV for the last month. Finally I came across this auto dealership and they had what I was looking for, even though it had a few more miles than I wanted but I was still interested. Spoke with Annie and we came to a final purchase price including delivery to my residence. I wired the full amount on Monday morning and was told I would receive the vehicle Wednesday late afternoon. By 5pm Wednesday I spoke with Annie again and she said that she never said I would receive the vehicle Wednesday, and that they hadn't even contacted a shipper. I informed her that was leaving town Saturday and I need it before then. After a few minutes she called me and informed me that Saturday or Monday. I told her that was unacceptable and she said she would call me back. She did assure me that Friday evening the vehicle would be at my house. I called @ 5pm and spoke with another person because Annie wasn't there and they had no way to contact the shipper to give me a time....They seemed to have no problem taking my full payment for the vehicle but for some odd reason no one seems to knows anything about anything. It's 9pm Friday night and I have no idea where my property is at.....Very unprofessional and I am definitely not going to be a repeat customer.

dishonest dealer beware they sold me a truck transmission went out after a few weeks ! The salesperson Annie was very rude and arrogant when I ask about helping with repairs was told ti bad you bought it as is now I have a $4800 rebuild to pay for I paid 40k for a pos s*** truck Buyer beware!!!

Can't say enough about Cypress Auto. They have great prices and vehicles. They don't sell you a vehicle and forget about you. They stand behind their vehicles! I called Annie about a minor issue I had with my truck I bout from them a few months ago. Annie said bring it on down so we can take a look at it. The owner of the company drove my truck to see what was happening. While he was driving it Annie and myself had a great conversation about pretty much anything and everything! The owner came up with a solution to the issue and didn't charge me for his time! They really care about their customers! Thank you!

Wanted to buy a truck that could handle a lot of weight. We were helped by Annie and a gentleman that worked there also. They were very courteous and helpful. They didn't have anything that could handle the weight and fit within our price range and they were up front about that. They could have tried making a sale that ultimately would've not fit our needs but they had integrity and made recommendations that were in our best interests. Great experience with this dealership! Hopefully we can bring our business here again.

You can't lose when you buy a vehicle from Cypress. They will have your back and they will do everything they can to give you the best experience buying a vehicle. Found this business with their great selection of trucks. Aaron came out in the heavy rain to greet us and walk around the trucks we were interested in. It was wet and cold, and he bared it out with us! He had a lot of knowledge about each truck, years, and different engines. We took one of the trucks for test drive and had some questions. Aaron gladly answered these concerns and came out with us for a second test drive. After we were ready to buy, Annie finished up with us and she made all the paperwork signing very cheerful and fast, plus making sure we got the best financing rate. Four days after the purchase, we went up to the mountains, and got a tire puncture from a broken snow chain. With super congested traffic and heavy snow, we pulled over to change the tire, and we didn't have a spare! We called Annie at Cypress Auto Center after a few attempts to plug the flat tire, and they apologized for having missed including a spare, and Aaron drove up i80 in the snow immediately with a spare tire for us and even helped us put it on with no charge or condition. Even after signing the "as is" warranty, Cypress Auto Center made sure that their new customers would be taken care of; they saved us! I've never bought a car from more trusted people, thank you!

This was the first used vehicle that I've ever bought, I usually buy new. I saw it on Carfax. I'm the second owner of this truck and it was used by the Forest Service, plus I saw before purchasing that there had been no accidents and seemed to have a clean record. Because of these things, I trusted that the truck had been well taken care of. The purchase itself went smoothly and easily. It didn't feel like a "hard sell" at all, no pressure. No loan was involved. I traded in my car, which also went easily. All the staff that I worked with were friendly and helpful. It's been only about a week but so far the truck runs really well. Overall I had a good experience!

I was looking for an older model diesel truck. They had such a great selection it was tough to choose one. Sam, Annie and Aaron were great. There was no pressure. They let me take the truck I was interested in to my mechanic. My mechanic was so impressed he wanted to bug it. There were a couple of small things I asked for in the same and they accommodated. I was extremely pleased with their service, the vehicle and their follow through. Thank you for the great experience!!!

Sam, the owner has been great. We originally found the truck we wanted to purchase on one of their CL adds. Aaron was our first contact. It was great because he is a local and knew exact what we looking for. They even set up an appointment on his day off to accommodate us. The truck was exactly as advertised and at a fair price. The finance lady went above and beyond to make sure we got a low rate and payment that fit our budget. Two weeks later they called us and had me bring the truck down to have any and ALL dings taken care of. FREE. Even threw in rubber floor mats. Very impressed at this point and love our gently used diesel. Thank you Sam.
