The Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff are always so kind and helpful. I know this location struggles with being short staffed and with nationwide medication shortages it’s been tough, but they are wonderful people who really do their best to help!

We had a wonderful experience today at the cvs pharmacy. Got a covid booster shot. The staff were very thorough, extremely organized and quick and so friendly. Really nice place. Thanks for all your help and advice. Painless injection by a skilled technician. Highly recommended. Many thanks!

The web site says they are open until 10:00 but they closed at 8:00. This is horrible patient care.

I have had pleasant experiences at this pharmacy, am used to waiting sometimes hours for prescriptions to be filled in the past at other larger locations but this place has surprised me every time. They're small with limited staff, so keep that in mind if showing up at a busier time of day. My one star lost was that the hours they post online don't match their real hours at times.

Very rude woman at the cash register today. No one in line and she tells me that “they will get to me in a few minutes”. I’m not sure why she couldn’t help me. So I walked over to the self check out and started checking out by myself, and she comes up behind me to watch me to make sure I’m doing it right. This is your job!

Unbelievably disrespectful with no regard for customer service. I showed up at 1:28pm to pick up and they looked at me, turned around and chatted for a minute only to turn around and say "sorry we close at 1:30 for lunch so you have to come back". I literally had been standing there waiting for them, but their Starbucks break superseded any desire to help a customer.

Dear CVS,After suffering with very poor air conditioning for several weeks now, and hearing about a hot little air conditioner for around 40 bucks, known as the Arctic Air Cooler, I Went online to see if CVS had an Arctic Air Cooler in stock.According to the website, the Arctic Air Coolers were in stock at the Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, Ca., location. So not having a car, and unable to get an Uber, or Lyft, as is the case most often here in Auburn, I walked nearly two miles to get to this CVS, only to find that there were no Arctic Air Coolers. Even still, I didn’t lose my cool, and managed to spend well over 100 dollars, even without the Arctic Air Cooler that I came for.CVS, you really didn’t have to go so far as to tell me on a 100 degree day, that the Arctic Air Cooler was in stock there at your store, to get me there. I would have still eventually spent my usual hot 100 dollars of the 500 dollars or more a year that I spend at your store, anyways. Unfortunately however, I will do it with a cold heart, every time.Sincerely, ~Marlena

This is for the store not the pharmacy. They don't even have front cashier's. They are all now self service check-outs. I'm so tired of stores having the customers do their jobs yet prices are not going down rather going up.

The pharmacist was so rude to me!! I had a very sick 6 year old in the car and I needed to pick up medication called in by pediatrician earlier that day. She refused to check the voicemail more than once per hour. I asked if she could please check so I didn't have to keep my vomiting child in the car any longer, she refused!! She says she only checks on the hour! Ive never had a pharmacist treat us this way.

Love the store, good coupons, etc. Am a carepass member.The pharmacy cannot fill my 90 prescription with anything but 30 days of expiring meds, want me to call around to find out why the can't get it, the automated system says your prescription is ready when it's not, it doesn't let you know when it is ready, and they don't answer their phones
