The web site says they are open until 10:00 but they closed at 8:00. This is horrible patient care.

I have had pleasant experiences at this pharmacy, am used to waiting sometimes hours for prescriptions to be filled in the past at other larger locations but this place has surprised me every time. They're small with limited staff, so keep that in mind if showing up at a busier time of day. My one star lost was that the hours they post online don't match their real hours at times.

Unbelievably disrespectful with no regard for customer service. I showed up at 1:28pm to pick up and they looked at me, turned around and chatted for a minute only to turn around and say "sorry we close at 1:30 for lunch so you have to come back". I literally had been standing there waiting for them, but their Starbucks break superseded any desire to help a customer.

The pharmacist was so rude to me!! I had a very sick 6 year old in the car and I needed to pick up medication called in by pediatrician earlier that day. She refused to check the voicemail more than once per hour. I asked if she could please check so I didn't have to keep my vomiting child in the car any longer, she refused!! She says she only checks on the hour! Ive never had a pharmacist treat us this way.

Adam, my cashier was very personable and professional. Helped me with my purchase, had great patience with my inquiries. He updated my phone number in the system which other stores have tried to no avail. CVS is lucky to have this young man. He is of good character which is a must in customer service. Walked in, yes no mask.... because they are pointless. However, when they asked me to wear one I put it on, yes slowly but besides this major point. As I'm walking up to SPEND MONEY, which helps them have jobs! It a time where people are struggling. I get to hear these ungrateful girls over the walkie talking about me, pretty sure watch out for the b**** in a jean jacket. Don't care, mask or no mask, these idiots talked over a walkie where customers to hear! The one they were talking to has her back turned to me. I'll give the cashier at the time, she at least had the oh sh!t face because it was bad. Covid or not that talking about a customer, in a manner they could hear is beyond unprofessional! So never will spend money there ever again. Be smart and at least wait till the break room to talk about it like normal people or smart ones. It just should they are idiots and get to feel special for a second. That's why they were just walking and doing nothing useful anyway. I know those two girls get to feel some sort of bs power they never probably had in their lives, or will ever get. To be able to scold someone for a pointless cloth like the ones on there face. Besides the fact they do absolutely nothing. Those two employees probably touch their mask all day! Do they wipe down and sanitize every item a customer touch's? Did they wipe down the handles to the refrigerator doors I touched them? When was the last time they washed their "mask". I bet they take them off in the break room. I bet they don't wash their hands before taking it off. I bet they don't wash their hands before putting it on. I bet they don't change their mask after any time they touch it or move it from their mouth?They care about a pointless unless mask and felt they are in the okay to talk over the walks where everyone can hear unprofessional over something that doesn't work. Needless to say I drop my items and left. I will never because they are rude and useless people working there.

If you are searching for a pharmacy, do yourself a favor and do NOT choose CVS pharmacy in Auburn on Highway 49. I unfortunately did and almost every visit has been fraught with frustration. They are rude, frequently out of your medication and unapologetic. The entire line of customers behind you will certainly know your business due to their loud and impatient responses to your questions. Pass it by. Pass it by!

If I could give CVS pharmacy a zero I would, I used this location when it was Longs Drugs and loved the pharmacy staff, Chuck the pharmacist and staff were wonderful. As soon as CVS took over, and Chuck left, it went to hell. The final straw for me was when my doctor faxed my prescription over to CVS, I was told by the person at the drug counter that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I shopped in store for 20 minutes, when I returned to the counter, I was told my drugs had not been unpacked from the delivery the night before, and to come back after 5 pm and it would be ready, so I drove back home 27 miles, and returned after 5, to be told that the pharmacist still had not unpacked the drug shipment, and to come back tomorrow! I made 4 trips before I got my prescription, that was it for me. I now drive out of my way to get my prescriptions from Chuck, who opened his own pharmacy.

this is the poorest service I could have ever imagined. The pharmacy staff were chatting as long lines backed up at the window. Many people giving up. when we got to the window, they were laughing and chatting even after we rang the bell 4 times. finally had to honk the horn. They came to the window so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. I ask for the prescription back and drove off.

CVS Corporate really needs to take a look at their pharmacies overall. Over the last few days, I attempted to call 7 times. I was on hold anywhere from 18 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes and hung up. I went to the store today and there were 9 people in line....everyone was talking about the horrible service. Not the fault of the employees working....there was 1 pharmacist and 1 clerk who were working as fast they could. I talked to the Manager and he indicated that he has reported it to Regional as well. I guess the only way they will change if customers leave and this was my last order on my end.

The worst pharmacy ever! Short staffed always but I'm sure corporate heads have million dollar houses and boats, while their stores are short staffed and customers are screwed wasting all their time waiting in line and coming back to get their prescriptions. I'm pulling all buisness from this store, all who read this shouldn't use this pharmacyd

Unfortunately there isn't the option of a rating below one star. The store always feels dirty and the pharmacy is run by a bunch of illiterates. I phoned in a refill on a couple of prescriptions only to drop by to pick them up and one was back ordered (hadn't arrived at the store after a week) and another one was refilled with a different product. Oh my gosh, I really dislike this place. This is just one of the many screw ups that was made during the year I was stuck without another option. Last week while waiting in line for a pick up the gentleman at the next window was relating that they were hard to reach by phone. The clerks response was to reply "Are you saying that we don't answer the phone?" "No", he said not looking for confrontation, "I just said that you are hard to get ahold of by phone". The whole time this conversation was being held their phone was ringing and ringing and ringing. Go figure!

My experience here has been great sometimes and terrible other times. The staff seems to need help because they're trying to keep up with the workload. The pharmacists and cashiers for the most part have been very nice. If they received more support, I'm sure they could find themselves in the 4/5 star range in the future.
