Love shopping here! Prices are reasonable and pieces are usually great quality! Lots of name brands and way cheaper than buying new! I typically stop by once every few months and spend a few hundred dollars on y2k clothing for my small business! @dizzylizzyshopp on insta!
Selling to them is reasonable to for cleaning your closet! They do usually take a few days which is fine with me to go through the bags!

I love love love this place. They have really cute clothes and a clean environment. I take my daughters there and all 3 of us always find great things at super fair prices. We always shop here first.

Came in last Saturday and was greeted by a young girl, I think her name was Sophia. I was looking at a purse and she informed me that there was also another wall of purses if I was interested. She also informed me of the organization of the bags based on pricing and brands, which was very helpful. Overall her customer service was very helpful.

First time in and we came out with 5 items! Well organized by size and color. Appreciated the pricing ($15-$20 was typical), though was surprised to see shein products being sold along with higher quality brands like anthro/lulu.

I love this secondhand thrift store. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. They have a great selection and they take a lot of my pieces. I will definitely frequently shop here and recommend checking it out.

Cucamonga has a great collection of stylish clothes. Zee makes shopping at Cucamonga an amazing experience! Her knowledge of fashion and style is amazing! Zee is very welcoming and a wonderful personal stylist. It was the most fun I have ever had shopping and the reason was Zee. Thank you Zee!!

Staff is always friendly and the clothing is always in new condition. They are selective with clothes that you drop off and will only buy what they think will bring value to the guests. I noticed some of the bad reviews given are from people who thought all of their clothes' were were worthy of resale. Keep in mind that this store is not a Good Will or Salvation Army. Prices are fair for lightly used quality clothes. Dont expect to drop off all of your mix and match holey socks. This a quality family run business. We are so glad to have them in the Rocklin community.

I don't know if the ownership has changed, but service was so irritating I won't be back. I have found interesting vintage fabrics there before that I remake into new designs. I have never had employees in a shop follow me around and make me feel uncomfortable. There were other issues, but that was quite enough for me.

Service by one of the employees was top notch. I think her name was Ezra. She was helpful and kind. She had good taste in clothes to suggest for my size and style. Very efficient too.

I just went inside yesterday and was shocked by all of the good quality, DESIGNER NAME BRAND items throughtout the whole store. So many awesome pieces, i keft spending very little feeling like I had gotten my moneys worth, more items tailored to women, but a VERY DECENT men's section, and i also found a piece of jewlery and a Kendal and Kylie bag for all such a best price. I will definitely be back! SUPPORT OUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES!!! THEY NEED US! THEY ARE US!

If youre looking for a great 2nd hand clothing store continue looking, cause this isnt it. Poor management and taking nothing you bring in yet having clothing on the shelves that was rode hard and put away wet. I wont be returning or recommending them to my life long enemy. Hopefully they move out and put a Raisin cane's there.

I have been many times to sell my items, and the buyer takes a good amount of my items. The reason I put 3 stars is because the employees are so young & unprofessional. The boy that works here is completely lazy & does not care about helping customers. It's a shame.

So sad, this place has gone downhill. The only employees are high school kids with zero social skills or any knowledge of customer service. I went in today - 3 girls and 1 guy working. Not one person greeted, all just talking about inappropriate work topics, cussing and being very unhelpful. The young guy working did ask if I needed any help (he was friendly) but the rest, what a joke! Sad- I've been going here since it was in auburn, won't be a customer anymore. Also not sure who does the buying, perhaps a 15 year old, but the quality has drastically diminished.
