Kevin and staff were outstanding! Friendly, clear with communication about the process and what is needed to complete the repairs. My car was done a few days earlier than expected. My car looks brand new in the area that they fixed from being rear ended.

Ty, the Manager and for that matter, everyone I dealt with were exceptionally professional and client service oriented. I am very particular with my cars and trucks and would recommend Collision Pros if you want the repairs done to factory or higher standards. I returned my truck to have minor adjustments made and Ty made sure that I was completely satisfied with the end results. When I needed a rental truck, Ty took care of all the arrangements. Ty called me with updates throughout the process of repairing my truck (a new Ram Rebel) and earned my confidence and respect.

These folks are outstanding! Collision Pros on Grass Valley Highway in Auburn California did a GREAT job on our Tesla Model Y. Their repairs were perfect. They kept us informed and gave us updates whenever we asked. Getting Teslas in to repair shops seems to be an issue everywhere. These guys made it happen much faster than anyone seemed to be able to. They were great working with my insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend them. You won’t regret it!
