This place is HORRIBLE.... Dominique the bank teller is extremely rude, & disrespectful!!! Just being afraid of what they may do with my account due to me giving an detailed review I'm going to leave at this ..... Citi Bank is trash I've had them for a month now, I haven't been able to access any of my funds for 4 days now due to something going on, on there end! They've sent me 3 cards my card declines everywhere the can not figure out the problem. From the branch to the customer service to the card it self HORRRRRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Only if I could put zero stars, came into the branch today to open an account for international purposes and to switch banks, but the lady we got was unprofessional and didnt seem to care to open a checking and savings account for us. Ill try a different branch and hopefully i get someone professional.

Warning......... The Citi Bank mobile app has been down for almost 2 weeks. Citi bank tech support admits there is a problem with no time given toward resolution.

The ATM here is always on the fritz!! I tried to debit out a sizable amount from a non citibank account, then was going to put it right back into the ATM into my Citibank account. The ATM machine had some error and said "cannot dispense cash" after about 3 minutes of waiting. I called the branch and they just sent me to call customer service, then when i called CS they said to call the branch or my other bank to dispute the transaction. The worst part is that it STILL deducted the funds from my account, and now it will take at least 7 business days to get back . NOT OKAY..

Worst customer service ever the tellers are so incompetent specially the Asian lady... They shouldn't work with public. If city banks don't change their customer service I'll definitely be moving to a different bank
