Terrible service....waited in long line with only 2 windows open and typical other employees wandering around. Got to window and teller started to help me and almost immediately was approached by another employee interrupting my service with a question for her (Mallory). I waited until they done and teller proceeded....she couldn't handle my request and had to ask someone in back (gone for a very long time). She came back and picked up a trash can to take in back....like, am I invisible here?! Came back to window and gave me a Chase phone number to call to resolve my request. I will be pulling all my funds out of this bank.

Drove 20 mins on a Sunday just to find all the ATMs were out of order. Totally incompetent.

Chase Bank has started a process of harassing customers. They will call you at home & ask invasive questions about any transaction they don' like. How do we know it's really Chase? Since when are my financial decisions their business? If they don't like your answers, they simply lock up your accounts until you call & submit to their interrogation! Customer service? A thing of the past.

In setting up a corporate account online at Chase, when finished we were told we'd have to go into a branch to complete the account. I walked up to two guys in suits standing there doing nothing and said I was there to finish setting up the account. Mind you, it's a 25 minute drive each way for me to this branch and a chunk out of my day, but I arranged it so we could get this done. Hundreds of thousands were going into the account.One of the bankers informed me I'd have to set up an appointment before they'd see me. I told him it was a corporate account and that this would be quite a drive, could we do it now. They said there was nothing they could do. His name was Alex Aguirre.Wells Fargo got the business, and I think you can see right there why Chase on Grass Valley has fewer stars than any bank in the area. And they only got one from me.

I just got a letter informing me that Chase is closing my accounts. No reason given. This is the stuff China does. Stay away from Chase.

Straight rude. Tellers are horrible. If you go in there don’t even deal with the tellers ask for a manager so your not treated poorly.

I deposited a check here because I was on the road and they put an unnecessary hold on it and froze my account. My Chase Bank branch at home is amazing but this location practices pour banking!

Went into this branch seven days ago. Asked to speak to the branch manager Josh regarding a question/concern. Of course he was not available. Greeter and a teller were both very friendly, listened to my issue, took down my information and assured me that Josh would be contacting me. Apparently the bank is far busier than it appears, only one other customer when I went in.....because it is SEVEN DAYS later now and I'm STILL WAITING to be contacted by Josh. Things have definitely changed. Family has done business with Chase, Washington Mutual and even prior in Contra Costa County in the late 70's and 80's. Other feedback both online and off reflect the same. Not acceptable. Time for a change.

A nice branch, clean, updated and modern. Helpful staff. I set up 2 business accounts with Thien, he was very, knowledgeable, helpful and service oriented. He was very pleasant to work with, and we got through the process quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this branch.

The Auburn branch is horrible. One teller open and being used for opening safe deposit boxes instead of customer transactions. The line of Branch customers out the door, not one employee acknowledged the line or the people in it. Not one person got up to open a window . I walked into the branch manager's office, who was with clients, and told him to get these people help. He immediately told me to get out of his office or he was going to call the police. That was the first thing out of his mouth telling me, this Padawan has no customer service training and is very insecure . Not one person would identify themselves as a manager . Not one person would tell us where the managers were . Funny though, employees started scrambling from all over the hidden part of the branch opening teller windows. Then they closed my accounts for expecting customers to be serviced. This is after they paid me to move my account there . I'm an ex-employee of Chase Bank for over 20 years. I know how badly they suck. But, they paid me several hundred dollars to open an account there. So, I did. Maintaining my accounts with Wells at the same time. I was treated like dirt as a customer at Chase . This Branch is scary and Chase supports it's poorly run operation. Chase gets poorer and poorer reviews and does nothing to improve its customer service or reach out to customers. Move your accounts Wells Fargo! I've had one there for 30+ years. Even when I was an employee of Chase, I was aware of how badly their branches treat customers. Chase is terrible. But, they paid me money to open an account and I took advantage of it. You'll never have this problem at Wells Fargo and it's not managed by a bunch of insecure little boys.

Been a customer with Chase for over 15 years. Came this morning to cash some checks. Doors were locked cars in parking lot! No one came to the door. No note on the door!! On the drive through window it had a Big Sign saying Closed!! Came back later and the same thing!! What the Heck?? Maybe we need to switch Banks!!
