“Couldn't ask for anything better! Another location replaced our windshield but had trouble calibrating it. I asked them to try again when I took it back for a rock chip… still no success. After many months of driving without the auto lights or wipers working properly, due to the lack of calibration after the replacement, I decided to try one more time. I have always used Reliable and have been very happy, except for this one seemingly unresolvable issue. I ended up inadvertently contacting a different location. Chris picked up the phone, listened to my complicated history and request and got me in right away. It took some time, but they were able to set everything right and were so kind and accommodating in the process! I am so grateful for their customer service and efforts to make things right. “I can’t say enough things about Holts collusion and they really went above and beyond for me. I have had body work done here twice. My first time I came here I paid out of Pocket sense I was paying my own money I was searching around for a reasonable price after stoping at 2 others body shops including caliber collision, Holts quoted me about 2K less then the other shops and I was happy with the work. Sadly a year after they worked on my car the first time my Tacoma got hit by a hail storm and i brought my truck back to holts and they popped out all the dents and got my baby back to me looking good as new.
