They lied about receiving a 1095 from me, even though there is proof I emailed it to them. They never apologized nor acknowledged that. I received about a 4th of the tax return they told me to expect, and its about 4 months late. They never called or asked for the form they supposedly didn't receive, and gave me the run around for months.

So everything is finally done. I am getting about a quarter of the amount of money I was told I would be getting. I am in a tough financial situation, and they still never apologized or acknowledged there mistakes. They ended the email saying it's because they didn't receive my 2022 1095. Even though I have the email I sent in January as proof, and I have told them over the phone for the last couple of months. They are the worst, morally corrupt, cowards in the area. Mistakes happen and this review wouldn't be here if they new how to acknowledge theirs.

We have been going to Cathy for years. Everyone in the office is so friendly and accommodating.We are confident our taxes are done right and always very quickly. Very happy.

I never thought I'd write a review for my accountant, but she deserves it! Quick, accommodating and very good. Nice office building which also happens to have a delicious little cafe downstairs.
