“We have a big family and go through a lot of meat. I cannot afford to buy all my meat here but I buy as much as I can afford. Grocery store and Costco chicken started peeling the outer layer of skinless chicken breast when cooked (no matter how we cooked it) and the frozen chicken had so much liquid injected into each breast (so that the packager could sell the same amount of chicken breasts at the same weight and price) and it really impacts the quality and taste of what I’m cooking. Longhorns meat is quality and local. You can tell the difference in taste, tenderness, quality and consistency when cooking. After getting meat at Longhorn, I really question what’s in that grocery store meat.”

“A great experience with all the processes and easy to make changes. The meat and smokes where delicious.The packaging was good, only found 1 package that was not sealed. So out of 325 lbs of meat, I would say that's ok with me.They just picked what we are have for dinner tonight.Friendly staff, plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the location.”
