Store is organized with friendly staff
The only problem is that they are often out of things. Many times, it's the same things I come in for repeatedly with them consistently being out of those products.
As a business owner, I can't imagine having customers repeatedly coming back only to see that I'm out again and still. If you're always out of a product...there's a problem.

I have bought dozens of bottles over the years but this last experience was ridiculous. I had a problem with my discount card and instead of solving the issue the employee (Dani) became argumentative. I asked for the manager and as I explained the situation to the manager , Dani screamed to the other customers I was lying. The manager did nothing but put his head down and tried to get me out of there as quick as possible. I gave it 2 stars cuz all the other employees have always been cool

You can shop around and find a few better deals than what you find at BevMo, but - if you're buying more than an item or two - the Auburn BevMo is the best bet between Sacramento and Reno. Ordering online and picking up is easy, but you may want to go inside and treat yourself to one of the many fun selections you probably didn't think about before going online or driving to the store.
