Great service from Connor (manager) and Steven. Everyone in the store was super friendly. Got an open box deal on a washer/dryer and I’m stoked!! They were very helpful in wrapping it up in bubble wrap and loading it onto our truck. Would recommend for all your tech and appliance needs. Thanks!!

Horrible service! I went in to get a dash cam installed, because my next door neighbor kept on making scratches on my new SUV, and Vin and Jeremy left big, permanent scratches and stains inside my trunk. They made me wait outside the waiting room while they worked on the installation. They had heavy metal/screamo music blasting, so I was completely unaware about what they were doing! Their cameras also wouldn't have been able to catch any footage, because the scratches they made were inside my trunk. I came back to let them investigate the damage, and they denied they touched around those areas in the trunk when they installed the rear dashcam. The Manager was even on his employees' side and kept on insisting that they are innocent. He didn't even have any proof to show me that they did not make those scratches! I told him that they couldn't have just appeared out of nowhere, because I was 110% sure they weren't there when I bought the SUV 3 days ago. They had me file a damage claim, and I still haven't heard back after 2 days! Please never go to the Best Buy at Auburn. Spare your time, car, and your life! They will truly disappoint!

It's a decent little best buy, staff are nice but a lot of shelves and areas are empty, this would be a five star review if the store wasn't so empty? id rather drive another 30-40 minutes to go to the one in Roseville

I made an online appointment to get the battery in my iPhone pro max 11 replaced. Got to the store, still had to wait in line and then was told they didn’t have the part and they couldn’t order it so I would have to drive to the Apple Store. Not a particularly friendly employee either. Complete waste of time to drive down here - really poor management around this. I’ll be avoiding the store in the future.

I came to this Best Buy a few years ago to get a custom audio system installed in my car. The result after only around $250 was very professional and sounded amazing. Last week I needed to sell the car, and had scheduled another appointment to get the system removed. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Best Buy does not charge for the removal of components that were installed by their technicians previously. Fantastic job with the removal, they were even kind enough to wrap up my amps to protect them.
If you get this type of service I heavily recommend using a phone number for the receipt.
