The moment I walked in they were already on edge. As soon as I walked up to the woman she was very rude to me & kept hitting on my husband saying how nice he is& how rude & bad I am. ?

Simply put, they are awesome. Between corporate and personal accounts, I have worked with every major bank over the last 30 years. The Auburn branch for Bank of the West is by far the best. Not even close. Thank you Diane and team!

On Thursday 2-9-2023 I attempted to go into the bank to make a deposit for our lodge, sign on door said closed temporarily and to use the Roseville branch! So I tried to use the ATM to make my deposit, screen said PIN number does not match! What in the hell kind of bank just closes its doors without any notification?

I've been a customer of this bank for over 40 years. Until relatively recently I generally enjoyed doing my banking there. Unfortunately in recent years it has been going downhill. On numerous occasions I have attempted to contact customer service and been left on hold for 45 minutes, finally just hanging up. Recently I deposited a relatively large local check only to have a hold placed on it for 11 days and counting. I am now looking for a more customer friendly bank.

Tried to use the ATM and it's not working...again. Last time this happened, the branch was closed for a few days without notice on top of it. This bank and branch have become terrible. Will be moving to another bank.

This use to be a great bank when we first opened our account 30 years ago. It has now gone down hill. Calling their 800 number can have you waiting 45 minutes for a live person. And when you deposit a check of even $10,000 they hold your funds for 8 days even when it's a local check. Too bad, it was a great and friendly bank but no more.

We have accounts at Bank of the West. We are always treated well. They allow me to bring in my dog. They always have a dog treat for her. My dog is well trained, which makes her welcome at most places.

The bank of the west at this location charges a check cashing fee for non-members cashing bank of the west checks at this location. Sounds like a rip off. I have never been charged by other banks for similar situations in the past.

This is the best bank. I love the tellers they always remember my name and what I was doing last time we talked. They are helpful, friendly and patient. By far my favorite bank ever. Auburn Bank of the West tellers are great!!!
