As promised by your Bell Rd office, you assured me you would send my brother’s updated debit card to my address as he was visiting with me here in Auburn For some reason you sent it to an alternate address in LA. Unfortunately they are in the middle of an out of states trip and now they are unable to utilize this card. Very upset with your service.

I arrive to the bank and 2 people come in behind me go into the business line (there was nobody in line when I walked in) so I go over to the regular line. Then I see 2 more people come in and go to the business line. I am pretty sure none of these people where business owners but some kid in a suite comes up to me and says excuse me sir are you a business owner? I said did you ask all these people while came in after me if they are business owners? What a joke I will bank elsewhere

Lost safe deposit box. Completely serious. This is a local bank for our personal and business accounts since 20056. Platinum member since 2014. Safe deposit box, as implied, holds items that need to be stored safely. Requested to access the box around 4:15 2/23/23. They could find no record of the account. The only proof the safe deposit box exists are the keys in our possession. We were asked to wait for 5 minutes. We had another appointment elsewhere at 4:30 and by that time another person was helping to try and find the account. It was explained that the agreements were stored in the back and they would have to "find" it. I had to ask, "How will this be resolved?" A direct number was given and not a single call was received, nothing prior to the branches closing. An egregious error on the branch Manager. To add to insult, I received the video on ALL my reward benefits earned 2022 with information on how I can access even more business through a Bank of America credit card and opening more accounts!

Horrible customer service. A very busy branch, which is great, but I had made an appointment to open up a business account. We are an existing customer. I made an appt per their website, which they of course had no record of. I waited in line probably 10 or so min before someone was able to help me. The person I interacted with there was very friendly. He told me to wait while he told the business manager what we were there for. Even when I asked if they had a bathroom I could use, he said yes, could I give him just a moment, which I said of course clearly seeing how busy they were. I was meeting the owner of the business account so we could open together. After waiting a few minutes, a very rude women who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and seemed annoyed by my mere existence told me it would be a 10-15 minutes and to just wait, which I said no problem. Keep in mind up to this point no one said they didn't have record of my appointment. When I asked her if could use the bathroom since she was obviously not as busy as the gentleman who helped me, she abruptly said no, you can go to McDonald's next door. Very rude, unprofessional and not how you would treat a customer. It only gets worse from there, another man came up who was the loan officer, told us to get started on our phone and seemed rather bothered that we gave a little pushback seeing that we had made an appointment and had to be there anyway in person to open up the business account. Then the business manager came over and asked if I had proof of my appointment, saying they didn't have record of it, which I had a print out of back at my office that I left as I rushed out to not be late to the appointment. He was defensive and rude about us questioning when we could be seen and he flat out said not today, I'm booked. I hardly think that we would drive an house each direction to have an "appointment" and chance not being seen. It could've easily been a miscommunication or glitch in their system, but they were very rude, unprofessional and seriously lacked manners. When we asked to speak to their manager, they were conveniently out. I do not recommend this branch.

Another example of lack of Service. Also, what's the point of ur business li ne if nobody ever works that window? But I have Garda now, so I won't have to bother with this location. Y'all need to try harder and do MUCH better.

I've been with bank of America for a very long time and I appreciate everything they've done with my situation with banking I appreciate the managers and the tellers they always make my day in the building they know that I am the only Jordan in the bank without a ID I appreciate that if I forgot my ID they are always respected people they help me with a lot of issue I have with my situation with the banking , I never will say anything negative about this bank it helps me out

I was never late on a payment and they close my account because they said that I had too much open credit my credit balances were high but things to them they run my credit so now I don’t understand why they did that I have never once have been late on a payment

We have been banking here for years. Mainly picked BofA due to our use of wire transfers. The leadership at this location is horrible. They are rude every time I deal with them. Their verbiage is totally unprofessional. In particular the lady that has been there for years...It's the leadership person by the name "Amber" I think. Also Nathan, I overheard the two of them speaking to an older lady that had questions on her account and they were both very curt with her, repeating the same thing over and over, but the lady didn't understand. They really need to look for a way to connect and allow a customer to understand instead of walking away frustrated. Nonetheless I was happy to see new tellers!!! They were thorough.

I've been with bank of America for a very long time and I appreciate everything they've done with my situation with banking I appreciate the managers and the tellers they always make my day in the building they know that I am the only Jordan in the bank without a ID I appreciate that if I forgot my ID they are always respected people they help me with a lot of issue I have with my situation with the banking , I never will say anything negative about this bank it helps me out

They never answer the phone! If you are a business customer this is a problem. The Google web said the bank was not busy at the time I tried to call. I started trying to contact the bank at 9:56 am, I called 11 times in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I called the manager and his answering machine said he was out of the office for a long period of time and referred me back to the same office number I had been calling. When I phoned my contact who opened the account for me her message said her location was no longer open with no referral. I finally got ahold of someone in general online services and then was directed to an incorrect form. I am still waiting for the information I requested. Very disappointed with this service.

Very well kept branch. Came with a friend to open a bank account. Appointment is probably recommended but after a little wait we were able to be seen without an appointment. They have a comfortable waiting area with couches. The banker who assisted is was very friendly and professional and very understanding.

One of the big reasons that I do as little business as possible at the branch is because they don't know how to answer their phone. They need to do a better job of staffing and taking care of their customers. I am hoping that the business hours published on their web site are accurate but I have heard people complaining that they had gone there and they were closed. We'll find out tomorrow!
