It’s been a few weeks since we had our front brakes replaced. Still going great. No up charge here. It actually was cheaper and was completed faster than expected. It was our first time here and we left feeling satisfied with the work. Will return.

They are quick and stand behind their work. We currently have a few vehicles that all get tires here and alignments done here. I was unhappy with some issues around my last tire change, but the owner handled it very professionally. I will continue to use them for my future tires.

Personable, but -More expensive than Truckee for winter summer tires swaps > $100 vs $80 at Truckee Tire. Same price as Stones in Truckee. Most likely because the guy that answered the phone last fall at Auburn Tires service, asked me what Truckee tire service charged when I asked him if he does tire swaps.Auburn Tires service doesn’t give you bags for your tire storage. Stones gives you tire bags when they swap out tires.Not worth the drive from Truckee to Auburn Tires service.Just make an apt for Stones tires 2-3 weeks in advance, or a week out for Truckee Tire, or go to any place in Reno except the big off the first turn off.

Made an appointment yesterday, super easy no hassle. Got there a minute or two late and was told about an hour to finish the tire change, and 20 minutes later I was walking out of there with a smile. Super nice and friendly staff, very quick, 10/10 would recommend.

Called Auburn yesterday afternoon. Talk to Jay who set me up with an 8:30 a.m. appointment the next day to align my truck tires. They were done in 1 hour!. Talk about efficient, professional, and great customer service!

Had a slow leak in one of my Michelins on my Land Cruiser. Phoned them and they said "bring it now, we'll be busy by this afternoon!" I drove right down there and it was repaired and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I found a new place to buy my tires from now on!
