Fantastic service! Repairs & services are performed by experience & knowledgeable mechanics. Up-front, honest and very fair. Good to find "Old School Ethics" still exist.
Started going to them a couple of years ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Glad I found them.

Took my 98 Chevy Tahoe in to have all suspension and steering torqued to spec and an alignment. I could see that they went over all the nuts on the steering and put new cotter pins in, the only problem is is that about after a week I started noticing a pop in the steering. what it ended up being is the idler arm nut and the pitman arm nut were so loose that it was allowing the steering rack to torque because the nuts were on literally pinky tight. I had to go through and retighten them not to mention that explains why my steering wheel is off a couple of degrees to the right because when he aligned it there was slop in the steering rack.
I waited an extra two weeks for their "suspension/alignment guru as the front desk person said it"because that person was only in on Wednesdays and was booked up till then. I rarely take my vehicles into mechanics due to this kind of ignorance. I usually like doing all my own work but when it comes to things like independent front alignment obviously I have to take it in. this is unacceptable, could have completely lost steering and been in a accident all because I put my trust in a "mechanic".
So I will never be bringing any of my vehicles to this business again and I would not recommend them. I wish I would have took photos and or a video to show but I was so frustrated and needed to get it done cuz I needed to use the vehicle that I didn't.

Went in to get my oil changed, service was great, car was in and out in no time. Really enjoyed talking with the customer service rep and he was super helpful in explaining things in normal person terms! Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and competent folks! Took time to hear what my concerns were and addressed them. Showed me firsthand the issues they were seeing and talked through solutions. They are now my first call when it comes to regular maintenance and repairs.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I came in for an oil change and got my car inspected as well, the lady at the front desk was super kind to explain the processes and procedures. As a young driver with this vehicle being my first car, she made me feel extremely comfortable in understanding what I should keep an eye on.

Mary asked me to go with her to drive & Drop her car to repair the smog & after done repair for amount hour & after I take Mary to ride & drop her off to pay their shop center. Done. She can ride her own car now. Mary just happy Day.

Overpriced, and definitely installed a faulty used pinion seal. Kept telling me "it's covered under warranty so we won't charge you" for an easy fix they should have tested for in the first place. Will never be coming back.

I honestly cannot thank the Auburn Service Center team enough for efficiently and professionally diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. Brennen at the front desk was extreemly knowlegable, friendly and provided top notch customer service. Even before doing the diagnostic the prices quoted to me were very fair and reasonable. Believe it or not but I almost left before making an appointment due to me not having a lot of time. Brennen however gave me so much confidence that they could help resolve the issue that I thankfully scheduled an appintment.Before finding Auburn Service Center I had previously taken my vehicle to two other mechanics trying to diagnose a persistant check engine light problem. Both previous mechanics couldnt find the issue but were recomending high dollar engine teardowns. Yet Auburn Service Center found the issue, quite literally a three dollar part and saved me money, time and quite frankly my sanity. I was estatic that the problem was finally found, allowing me to smog our vehicle. Now Brennen and the mechanics that serviced our vehicle are officially my heros. I highly reccomend Auburn Service Center if you are looking for an honest dependable mechanic! You will not be disapointed with their exceptional service.James M

I absolutely feel compelled to write a review for Auburn Service Center and tell anyone and everyone who reads this to pay attention. This place is the one-stop place to take your car for just about any repair. They are efficient; they are thorough and timely; and their Customer Representatives are amazing too! Both Brennen and Colleen are stellar Reps! They are not only employees, but part of being a cooperative team member. I found Brennen to be knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. And Colleen deserves kudos as well! Colleen spotted that my front bumper had apparently been replaced at one point. I would have never known since it was a new used car and I had not had it that long. She pointed out to me that you tell by the paint line on the front bumper and the fact that the bumper needed a couple of “clips” to allow it to stay in place. Not only did she have a good eye for spotting it, but this is the only auto repair place I’ve been to where both customer service reps took genuine interest in my car! Plus, they were not shining me on! They showed genuine concern for me, as their customer! It doesn’t get much better than that! They’ve got my business! I can also vouch for the mechanics too, as this is not my first visit to them. My last car needed some serious repairs (damaged struts), and they replaced them in a remarkable timeframe, as my car just barely crawled into their shop one afternoon, and they went the extra distance and got them replaced within that day so I could drive to work the next day! I’ve been very pleased and impressed with their entire business and can HIGHLY recommend them. I’ll stop now . . . .

These folks are the best! Quick service, honest pricing, and the only shop in town willing to work on older vehicle. They were super communicative throughout the process, I never wondered what was going on with my vehicle while it was in their hands. The mechanic Kevin took the time to chat with me at pick up and put my worries at ease. I will absolutely return to them in the future.
