The home of the bait and switch. Their car docks program was sold to me through another dealer in Folsom. When I go to use the maintenance plan they tell me that Auburn Honda no longer parters with them and I should speak to them directs. Auburn is hours from my home and not concur t to use. Despite using NONE of the services, and them promising it in one location that they could no longer come through with, they prorated the package and then stopped responding or calling me back. They are crooks and I would avoid this type of sales office at all costs. Only in it to get the check then could care less about you

My experience here is always great. Service is always helpful and knowledgeable; Jeremy was my service advisor and assisted me with all my service needs. A special thanks to Eileen, she kept walking around checking on everyone to see if they needed water, snacks, and etc. She is so sweet and kind. The world needs more people like her!

WARNING!! Auburn Honda dealers will lie to your face and scam you out of thousands of dollars if you’re not paying attention! After telling the sales guy that I walked out of several dealers for acting shady, he said they are honest and would never do that here. He then proceeded to play in my face. Somehow, a used $30k car came to a payment of almost $900 a month! Not only did I learn that they tack on thousands of dollars to the price you see on the car for random upgrades that I did not ask for, I also asked what my interest rate is and he would not answer the question. Instead, he pushed me to buy a new car cus the payment was almost the same. I said “what are you not understanding that I cannot afford this payment let alone a new car! WHAT IS MY INTEREST RATE ON THE CAR I ACTUALLY WANT???” Finally after talking in circles, he said it’s 10.9%. I said sir your math is wrong. I literally have the calculator open on your website and the payment should be around $600. His response, “well that’s just what it is.” I said not it’s not. I can do basic math. With the payment you gave me, the interest rate is over 20% So please walk me through the math you did to get $900.” He just stared at me and once again said “It’s just what it is.” I said okay thanks and once again walked out. I can’t argue with someone who plays stupid. I will take my business elsewhere cus they clearly only want to sell their cars to people who they can scam.

Thank you Jess. I have a 2021 Honda CRV that had a failure in the AC. I was sure it would be a major repair but I did an on line search and found Honda's AC has had problems. I thought taking it to the dealer would be the best option.
Jess at Auburn Honda told me that they would check it out. I was looking at a cost of at least $1,500 and at least a full day. I dropped my Honda off at 9am this morning expecting to not see it for 2 days.
Jess called 3 hours later to say they found the leak and it was covered under warranty. It was simple and quick. I had my car the same day. Oh My Gaud!!!!
Thank you Jess for being honest and getting me back on the road. You are a blessing.

We went here to trade in a car and they offered a bad deal, We said no and we weren't taking it, as we where leaving one of the male managers was going at us about how we aren't right and he's right, was aggressive, and called my mother emotional for not taking the deal. Very misogynistic and rude. Plus when I came in to get a service I mentioned there coffee machine was broken after they told me
I could get a drink from it, I let them know as I was leaving and received a sassy reply. Definitely not coming back.

Terrible trade in offers, they must think we are suckers. Offering 4k on a car they sold us for 13k 6 months ago is a joke. We put in 4k just in down payments. So they want to basically get the car back for free. Ludicrous

Very happy with the customer service and work done here. Jess helped me out when I came in early morning on 2/6/24. Got me set up quickly for what I needed to get done, and showed me where I could wait and enjoy a cup of coffee. Estimated me to wait an hour and was out in that time that was promised and able to get to work on time. He explained everything that was done and went over key points regarding my cars condition. Jess is very knowledgeable and guided me to where I needed to go, it was the smoothest experience at a dealership I’ve ever had since owning a Honda (1st purchased one in 2016). I live in Citrus Heights but work in Auburn and had 2 bad experiences at the future Honda in Citrus Heights so I’m glad I found this place. Will definitely be back for services here again. Made me feel very comfortable and not lost like most places have in the past.

Tried to see what the financing options would be and sales could care less. They only care if you show up waste your time. Not a way to get a sale I’ll take my down payment else where

First time buyer here. Todd Christlieb helped me out very close to closing time when I wanted to test drive a 2024 HR-V Sport. Despite the time crunch, we went on a test drive and had all of my questions answered. I ended up staying longer than dealership hours with Todd in order to trade in and purchase the vehicle and make sure that I was fully informed which was greatly appreciated . You’re the man,Todd!!

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle spoke with Michelle Swaim about getting a new car we never got a call back or heard back from her.
I called and got transferred to Tom who I guess is the manager and was very rude and unprofessional telling me they higher there prices but whatever people buy them.
Don’t know what’s happening with Honda but it’s got me looking at other vehicles outside of Honda.

I brought my 2022 Honda Pilot to Auburn Honda because the IPhone audio wouldn't route through the CarPlay system. After others failed, Todd came out and worked doggedly to investigate the problem, checking various settings on both the Pilot and the iPhone, for over an hour. He even reset the Pilot systems to factory default and rebooted the iPhone, but nothing worked. He googled for solutions and tried them, initially without success. I was beginning to lose hope but he just wouldn't give up. Finally he found the problem, buried two levels deep in the "Accessibility" menu of the iPhone, which was set to "speaker" instead of "automatic". Flipping that switch solved the problem. I was very impressed with his persistence and determination and wanted to send this review and compliment. Without his help the problem wouldn't have been solved. He is a STAR and Auburn Honda is fortunate to have him on their team. Thanks again Todd.
