I took my truck in for its first service after buying it at DuPratt ford in Auburn.
When dropping it off the night before service, I told them I had to drive down to LA after my truck was done.
To my surprise the next morning at 7:30am, they called and told me my 2024 F250 was ready to pick up!
Thank you DuPratt for such a quick service which allowed me to prepare for my trip that much earlier.

Auburn Ford is the best, and their oil changes don’t add junk fees like Roseville and you get double the friendliness. Never have to worry about my Bronco here. 2025 Edit— From 5 down to 3 stars. DuPratt came in and raised service prices by 70%, also service department starting to charge diagnostic $210 fee for everything, even if the problem is pointed out. Seems like many qualified staff have left and the existing staff are not as happy.

Ford Ranger had major transmission problem. Lenny took my truck in right away, kept me informed, and explained in written detail the problems and fixes, all within a manageable time frame. For future Ford vehicles and services I will be coming here.
