Maintenance Work was completed as requested. The cost of the maintenance work was astronomical. Amazing that a dealership can honestly ask for that much money to change some fluids. It seems like a scam. Inspection of one of my issues was not completed upon my arrival as the mechanic couldn’t identify the issue and this was not brought to my attention until
I came to pick up the vehicle. I recommend having the tech/service advisor ride with the owner of the vehicle on issues like this during drop off and not at pick up. This being done at pickup just rushes the inspection and leaves no opportunity to fix the issue if one is identified at that point. All other issues that were requested were completed. The job took 3 days after the advisor I spoke with the set the appt. Stated that we would get me back on the road in one day and handle everything I asked all at once. I was not made aware that it would take up to 3 days until I was checked in and the truck was already taken back.

Brought my suv in for its 100k maintenance, and when I picked it up, it ran so smooth! Like a new car! They caught a failing tensioner, too, which could have been a big problem.

We took our truck in to DuPratt Ford Auburn for its 100 K, recall fix and oil change. Customer service was upfront on cost and courteous. I will be a returning customer when needed.

Had to have the emissions recall done on my 2017 F250 6.7. This is an older campaign and I’ve been avoiding having it done (ignoring it) because the truck runs perfectly, passes smog, and is completely stock and has always been y emissions compliant. But CARB has co-opted the DMV and they were holding my registration hostage, and DMV even rejected my registration payment and then charged me $260 for being late! Needless to say I was not happy about this and I was probably a bit grumpy when I reluctantly went in for the ECM update but the staff there, Robert specifically, was very kind and assured me that the truck would run the same (it might even be a bit better now) and I was in and out in an hour with a multipoint inspection too - very nice, efficient, and professional service. If you had negative dealings with the previous management of this dealership (as I have) give the new owners a chance. The difference is night and day and these folks really understand customer service.

After dealing with the Roseville Ford location a couple times and not being satisfied, I decided to drive 30 minutes to this location. I’m very happy I did as they were honest, didn’t try to overcharge me or try to get me to get work done on my car that wasn’t needed.

The Ford service Center did an excellent job on my recall and oil change. They replaced my windshield wipers and filter and I was able to pick up my car in a four hour window. Thank you to all those who helped us at DuPratt Ford in Auburn. Donna G

Not easy to find in this day and age…He genuinely takes us customer service seriously and with heart! He removes the stress that often is associated with having your vehicle serviced…

1st , my service tech Denise is top notch , she listened to what I needed done, and she took care of it seamlessly.
I drive right by a larger dealer that acts like they don’t know what the “ Works” is ! They could learn from Auburn Ford-
It is important to me that I get what I am asking for , and not what
they want to sell me. I have been buying Fords for over 40 years , and we have two now, so I love the Company and appreciate everyone at Auburn Ford for the service I received today.
