I am attaching photos of my 2000 Victory 92C, purchased from Jeff Barbarick at Auburn Polaris in 2000, and it's most recent iteration in 2023. Note: I also purchased a Polaris Ranger from Jeff in 2006.In June, 2023, I delivered my bike to Jeff for a previously scheduled maintenance. 3 torturous months later, after numerous calls, texts, and left messages, I was advised my bike was "Fixed" and ready for pickup, which I did the next day. It should be noted that this is an 8 hour round trip from my house in Susanville. I rode my bike away at close of business planning to spend the night in Auburn. It was immediately apparent that not only was the bike not "Fixed", but it ran as bad or worse than when I dropped it off. I returned the bike in the AM. The shop manager, James, commented, " I thought you would be back." WTH!? Fast forward 1 month; I was advised my bike was "Fixed" and ready for pickup. I arrived in Auburn the next day (trips were costing me 3-4 Hundred dollars per) I fast tracked home, in order to not be going over Donner in the evening. Immediately upon arriving home I rolled the bike into my shop, knowing it would need a deep detail. It was worse than I imagined. Obviously the bike had spent 4 months in, at best, an open air roofed enclosure. It was filthy with signs of thunderstorms and blowing dust. Worse yet, my extensive leather trim had been virtually destroyed by RATS! I contacted the shop the next morning and, I was directed to contact Jeff, which is easier said than done. Eventually (days later) I spoke with Jeff. Jeff acknowledged that they had a RAT problem, he also mentioned foxes, and that this was not the first incident. He advised that I buy "New" bags and forward him the bill. I was able to secure a matching "Used" set of Harley Heritage Springer mail pouch bags on Ebay. I sent Jeff the invoice, and pictures of the damage. This is the last conversation I had with anyone at Auburn Extreme Power Sports, as they are obviously screening my calls. The pristine condition of the 23 year old bike and the bags is not mutually exclusive. They show the care I have given to the bike and what 16 weeks in the elements will do to leather. As it stands I am out the $2500.00 replacement cost for USED bags from Ebay. I HAD held a higher opinion of Jeff and his business.

Auburn Extreme made it super easy to buy my new snowmobile. Jereme was super responsive and helpful in answering all my questions and working with me to get my sled built and ready for the snow the next day. When my sled needed recall work, the service department sent a very nice tech who drove down to my residence to flash my sled in my garage. Wow! Now that's customer service. I had questions regarding warranty status of my vehicle that Jereme answered professionally via text message.They are good people that care about there customers. This is how I felt with every individual I encountered. Thank you guys for getting me set up and dialed in.
