Mis diagnosed a broken cooling fan blade and replaced the ac compressor and alternator instead for over a thousand dollars then when the sound still persisted the finally figured it was the fan. Never refunded any money just complimentary replace the fan period easy to replace a $100 part for free and still charge over a $1000 for work that didn't need to be done, then when the work on the fan went faulty they did not want to warranty. Very clear that the shop likes to learn how to work on vehicles on your dime.

Auburn Euro Motor is a very excellent place for car repair I took my Classic 2000 Mercedes Benz slk230 service and repairs Very Nice staff And service techs. I will be returning to Auburn Euro for all my service and repair needs I am very satisfied with this establishment.

I recently took my new-to-me Audi SQ5 to Euromotors for an oil change, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The service was outstanding, and the team demonstrated excellent communication throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Euromotors for their professionalism and quality service!

Auburn Euro motors is one of the several quality European repair shops locally, and has worked on a family owned Mini in the past. They've always provided quality work and customer service. Our son recently purchased a newer Mini, and despite having it pre-inspected before buying, we've encountered multiple problems. Auburn Euro patiently worked with him to identify the issues, stored it onsite while we figured out the best options moving forward, and ultimately advised us on how to handle the necessary repairs. We look forward to working with their staff in the future.

Auburn Euro Motors did very good work for a fair price (less than half compared to the Land Rover dealer). I highly recommend them to owners of European cars. They were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing but also asked in advance if I wanted to pay for added service that was needed. They tend not to 'find' problems or create unnecessary work.

I found myself in an extreme situation where my car suffered a combination of system failures. After reviewing the situation with the Shop Manager, I chose not to repair the car. The professionalism with which they handled the estimate process and the support while I determined what to do with my inoperable vehicle can only be described as superb. The front office personnel were helpful and empathetic. Christian offered his thoughts and guidance, not only regarding the repairs to my current vehicle, he encouraged me to call and get his thoughts as I found vehicles of interest. Thank you Auburn Euro Motors, I will look to you for all future maintenance and repairs on my vehicles.

We feel fortunate to have found Auburn Euro Motors! After receiving a shocking repair estimate for our Sprinter van from a nearby dealership, we reached out to Auburn Euro Motors for a second opinion. They were very accommodating, thorough in their diagnostics, and were able to more accurately identify the issues needed for repair.
