Dropped my vehicle off the week before a holiday weekend. One of the parts needed for the repair was over three weeks backordered. Most shops would leave it at that, but Sara, Johnnie, and the Auburn Collision Center team were creative and relentless about tracking down the part locally so I could get my truck back asap. They kept me in the loop the entire time and never gave up. Once the part was in house the turnaround time and quality of work were both excellent. Great effort, great communication, and great customer service experience overall. Can't thank them enough. If you're scanning reviews for recommendations look no further. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thanks Sara and team!!!

Back to new, good communication and on-time delivery. Being an approved shop by Geico I think sped up the estimate process, as well as being part of the Toyota dealership (can sometimes get better OEM parts for Toyotas). Thanks.

Worst communication and a bunch of liars. Act like they don’t need the work and string you along for weeks just sending the insurance an estimate. Jeff the service advisor has a poor attitude and hangs the phone up on you when you ask for an ETA. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want any kind of progress. If the attitude is a reflection of the work, then I’m sure it’s poor too. Thanks to Jeff, I would never chose this body shop or Auburn Toyota.Service: Body & Trim

Worst body shop I have experienced. Do not return calls for weeks. They have ignored the insurance company calls and the customers. Jeff was one of the rudest advisors I have seen. You ask for an eta and he says, "I'll get to it when I can and hangs up. Will never come here again or Auburn Toyota as long as Jeff is employed. You know it's bad when they are a preferred Geico repair facility and the supervisor at Geico tells you to take your car somewhere else because they can't pick up or return a call. Plenty of shops that want business, but not Jeff.

We had a large ding on the front of the hood of our car. We took it to Auburn Collision. They gave us the estimate, contacted the insurance company, and arranged for a rental car. Totally painless process. When we picked up the car, it was perfect. We have white pearl paint, and we couldn't even see where the repair was done. The office staff explained things thoroughly -- absolutely great experience! We couldn't be happier with the process and results.

Recently my husband hit a deer and damaged the front of his newer vehicle and we needed repairs. After being in the shop for 4 weeks due to waiting on a headlight I finally received my car back with Amazon ordered parts due to our jeep headlight being back ordered. Once I drove away I noticed a unusual piercing noise from under the car. I brought it in the after the weekend the following week and come to find out they admitted that they did not tighten one of the bolts underneath the vehicle. Not only was this dangerous but I was livid since I was in my car thinking the vehicle was 100% safe with my two little girls. Frightening to say the least and unacceptable. The woman Summer who was handling my claim was apologetic however the neglect of properly servicing my vehicle was the main issue. Then once I received my car a second time right away a message displayed service shifter populated. I then called and had to bring my vehicle down once more. As I've seen in other posts it's seems like once you actually get your vehicle back after weeks there is yet more problems with the car itself. I am truly disappointed with the inaccuracy and inconsistency with double checking the services work. I've had to call/communicate and go down over four visits which is time consuming especially with young kids. I would've expected this to be done right the first time. Ultimately the customer service is decent and they do try to correct their mistakes, however the servicing with the vehicle in this business is poor and needs great improvement. I hope other customers have a better experience all around.

My truck was damaged by a six point buck, which sprinted onto the road, as if on a suicide mission, but the deer walked away.......my truck did not! My insurance company seemed intent on making things difficult but not the nice folks at Auburn Collision Center. They have been great so far! Easy to speak to, responsive to my calls and very friendly which I greatly appreciate. Thank you!

Auburn Collision had my Jeep for a month repairing damages done by a deer. I’m the end, when I got my jeep back there were many issues. The repair people did not do a good job. They failed to tighten my battery down, they left tools in my hood, and the biggest problem is they didn’t put my dashboard back together properly. Tried using my rear windshield wipers and they don’t work. Then tried using my back defroster just to learn that that too does not work. They completely failed to attach the rear electrical, besides the light:( Very Disappointed!!! I will not return, and will not recommend.Services: Electrical

No communication with the customer and when we ask what’s going on, their answer: IDK You have had our vehicle since early part of February and now we're going into April, is unacceptable. Snafu happen, delays happen, but NO communication with the customer is unacceptable, and its unacceptable to say to the customer: IDK. Understandably, with grace we have been more than amiable, as we have been patience because we want to be sure, our vehicle is perfect allowing your employees to ensure they practice their craft in repairing our car. Pardon me, but your management sucks, as NEVER have you ever reached out to communicate with the customers as to the progress, and/or delays and/or any updates to us. I am also linked to our ROP auto programs at our district, and my students who are eager to be hired once their completion of their respected ROP programs. They ask questions as to where they should apply for their career, and I steer them away from ANY shop, that in my personal opinion, does NOT have their customers first, employees as well. As noted by customer reviews, you rank poorly in communicating with your customers, that's apparent, because we had to call Charlie the service manager at the Dodge Dealership just so we could give us the answer that we needed to hear. So we cringe as to why we took it to you in the first place. I noted that several employees, Nate, Jeff & Charles apparently has good communication with the customer. But when my husband calls as he has several times, and again, we're told there is a delay, but it gets better because the respond is IDK by whomever at your business. What the hell???? So out of frustration he calls Charlie at Dodge and that's unacceptable for a customer of yours calls another manager to find out what's going on. Then, I see you've gotten very good reviews, so, I'll give you credit on that. But getting back to my ROP auto students, as many of these kids plan to work locally, your shop is not one I will recommend because as their teacher, their first experience working at either a auto repair, or collision, and as their teacher, I want them to know excellent management, because its management, and if it sucks, everyone will know, and sooner or later employees could lose their jobs, not because of them, but squarely on poor management. I am very disappointed we had to call Charlie, who took his time to help us and called us to tell us what YOU should of done. Charlie has his customers to be concerned with, but he took time to help us. A promise that I will hold you to, that you made to my husband today, that the part will be there on Monday, April the 4th, and our vehicle will be ready to go home on April 6th. I bet your employees are awesome, but you need to work on customer service, ASAP. If anything happens like this again to our vehicles, we will NOT use your shop.

I am thrilled with the job Auburn Collision Centet did repairing my car. It looks like a brand new car!! Andrew and Suzanne and the entire crew over there made the accident repair process easy and even fun for me. I felt like they treated me like family. They just went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was done right with new parts and in a timely fashion. When I came to pick up my car, Andrew came right out and showed me everything they had done and made sure I was happy. Even the inside was emaculate and pretty! I highly recommend Auburn Collision Center for anyone looking for a professional and user friendly collision shop. 10 stars out of 5!!

Obviously it appears that this shop has gone downhill since my last review. Tried to make an appointment for an estimate today, but was told that I would have to wait 4 days to get seen. That is unacceptable! I called Smitty's in Meadow Vista (rated 5 stars) and got taken care of right away. It appears that the folks at Auburn Collision Center have forgotten about what it means to provide service, and have just lost one of their best customers!
