Brought my car here on the recommendation of a friend, and I am completely satisfied. They repaired the offending scrape in a timely manner for a reasonable price and returned my car to me looking great. No complaints whatsoever.

Wanted to share my recent experience with Auburn Body Shop. Generally you make an appointment, take your vehicle in for repairs, repairs are made, you come in and pick up your vehicle and drive away happy with your ride. But what happens when the repairs don’t hold? That’s when you find out exactly what kind of business you’re dealing with. Do they stand behind their work, or do they find something else to blame the failure on. Auburn Body Shop is the former. A repair to my Honda pickup got contaminated and failed. I stopped into Auburn Body Shop on a Friday to show them the issue. They didn’t flinch. They pulled the file, verified the work had been done there, and got me in the following Monday, not 6 weeks out like they were scheduling new work. They made the repairs, and I picked up my truck that Friday (4.5 days in the shop). All for no charge. They apologized multiple times, but only once was necessary. Their integrity speaks volumes for how the business is run.
On a similar note, my daughter had her spoiler painted by Auburn Body Shop. When we came in to pick it up the owner noticed a very, very small blemish/scuff. He told me “I won’t let it leave my shop in this condition.” He had it repainted and we picked it up 3 days later. Integrity. You can’t put a dollar sign on that.

My wife has a Lexus which had some separation of a lower bumper panel after a trip. Took it in to Auburn Body shop with no appointment and the boss said sure they could fix that. Directed me over to the shop door and had one of the body shop experts bolt it back together. Took all of 5 minutes. And you know they didn't even charge me. I will bring my wifes' car back in the future to have all the dings taken out and painted. This is a very professional shop with very helpful and kind folks working there. My wife is very pleased.

My son was hit in the parking lot by another student and the bumper looked really bad. We brought it to Auburn Body shop to get an estimate to fix it. The estimator took a look and said "let's do a little work before deciding what is needed." The Estimator spent about 15 minutes with Acetone and removed all the black off the bumper. It ended up being only the tire that scrapped the bumper. No charge. He could have easily taken me for at least a few hundred dollars but instead made sure the work was really required. How is that for honesty. I'll bring my car here next time for sure.

This place is family owned and ran 59 years and going strong. 100% customer oriented and the young woman at the service desk went above and beyond to assist my needs. I just wish the other 5 places we went to for quotes could see how it's supposed to be done. THANKYOU ♡♡♡ ABS YOU GUYS REPRESENT PROPERLY!! I look forward to continuing business with you. And I don't mean by getting in wrecks ? lol.

Auburn Body Shop did an AMAZING job on my Jeep! My Jeep was rear ended but now she looks good as new! The shop made the most out of my inconvenient situation. The staff was friendly and professional. They also kept me in the loop on the status of my car and took the time to answer my questions. They were honest about the timeframe it would take to get my car back and didn't make any promises they couldn't keep. If you need a body shop, I HIGHLY recommend this one!!
