This place is super good!! I only got in there for something small and brief but they did everything i needed at a great price! They also let me go back with them to check everything out so I had a complete understanding of what I was leaving with and why! Super sweet guys in there and I will be back for sure!

Amazing service! Traveling through Auburn and lost all electrical on the dash and the engine wouldn't start again. Thought it was the alternator. They got me in to get me going again, identified the short in the wiring and had me back on the road in an hour. Thanks for making the experience "not painful" and rearranging to get me going. A great group.

The staff (Marco in particular) at Auburn Auto Doctors were great. Truck is running like a champ! The loaner was just the ticket for me as I only have the one vehicle now. Wayne, the owner, was very nice and he answered all my questions upon return of my truck. They will be my “go to” auto repair for any future needs.

Auburn Auto Doctors went above and beyond. My husband and I brought in our truck that needed a new transmission and we had a third-party warranty on it. Corey the service advisor there went above and beyond to take care of communicating with the third-party warranty to get our transmission replaced. Our truck ended up being there for total of six weeks, but they continually offered us a loaner vehicle if we needed one. And kept communication up with us the entire time. It’s been a long time since my husband and I have trusted a mechanic shop with our vehicles and we can say that we will be lifelong members of Auburn Auto Doctors because of our wonderful experience.

Just asked to get a quote to fix my car, they where busy and asked if they could call me back in a few hours, no problem. Didn't get a call back 6 hours later so I called back myself. Was told they where still to busy to help me and would have to call me back later. Over a day later and still never received a call back. If your too busy to take on new jobs thats fine but that needs to be communicated.

Went in to talk about what might be wrong with My truck they put the scanner on it and told me what it was asked when I wanted to bring it in they offered to keep it right then and gave me a ride back to work called the next day told me exactly what was wrong and how much good job thanks

Great experience from start to finish. Corey was highly professional both on the phone and in person. When another auto service company in town (actually, two), couldn’t figure out my air conditioning issue, Auburn Auto Doctors was able to repair the system. So nice to drive with working A/C when it’s triple digits outside! Thanks again and thanks for the cookies! (BTW, Wally Amos was a good friend of my mom’s back in Hawaii)

I made an appointment for 830AM to get my oil changed and I actually still had to wait 90 minutes for some reason, maybe they were short-handed? I usually make appointments in order to avoid that kind of a wait nevertheless-
my oil was changed, I used a coupon for a discount, but of course there were several suprise fees that ended up making the total 35$ more than what the coupon stated.
I got a free beverage while I waited.
When I got into my vehicles they left a bag of Famous Amos cookies on my steering wheel with a "thank you" note.
