First off let me start by saying Mike was very informative and helpful in getting me setup with all of my equipment and service for my RV with a fully automatic Dish Traveler System. I was new to Dish and had to call Mike a few times from various camping locations at set up local programming and understand system and he was beyond helpful. Just this past weekend and by weekend I mean Saturday evening after work hours I called again with a technical question about adding a 1000.1 dish on a tripod to the system for when we are camped under trees and just couldn’t get the interface with the existing system wired in correctly. Instead of brushing me off or trying to explain it over the phone, Mike came to me then and there, to not only connect it, but to ensure it was working on all 5 of the RV’s TVs. It should be noted I told him not to drive all that way it could wait and he wouldn’t have it and he wouldn’t take no for an answer and wouldn’t accept money for doing it. If anyone is looking for a satellite company with amazing customer service and not just lip service at point of sale, then by all means this is your place and Mike is your guy. I am a business owner and have been over 20 years and this is how you run and keep a successful business. Thank you so much Mike. Your loyal customer Ron. Pics to follow.

I called Mr. Dishman to get some Internet service. He actually advised me to go with a different company because my needs were different than what he had to offer. Instead of selling me the wrong products he sent me a way to get a product that better matched my needs. If I ever get cable this will be the guy that I go to for sure! He answered his phone first call and answered all my questions. Thanks

My Uverse contract was due to expire in 13 days when I contacted Mike. Three days later Dish installers were activating a new system for me in addition to a whole house router with extender. I immediately enjoyed greatly improved tv picture and sound from my surround sound to compare with a 4K system on my older tv. Thanks Mike, and you accomplished all of this with me living out of Calif in the middle of the country. THANKFULLY, NO MORE AT&T

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Mike. I recently moved into a home that wasn’t wired for xfinity. The previous owner had dish installed, so I called Mike on May 24 inquiring if he could help me set up my tv and internet. I work from home and was desperate to get internet installed ASAP by someone local. He assured me he could help me set up my internet. He offered me a $100 gift card if I signed up for a television package. I figured why not? So I agreed. He promised to research my internet options and get back to me. On May 25, He sent a tech over to install Television. I texted Mike when the tech was at my house, asking about internet. He said he was “still researching.” Did I ever hear from Mike again about my internet? No. I really felt like he took advantage of me. But I let it slide, and found an internet provider on my own. I waited patiently for the $100 gift card to arrive. On June 5, I texted him asking about the gift card and he assured me that I would receive it in a couple days. On June 19, I texted him again. He asked who I was, he didn’t have my contact information saved. He said there was an “office oversite” and assured me that it would be arriving in the next few days. On June 29, it still hadn’t arrived. I asked him for a tracking number, he said he was sorry but there wasn’t one. Now, he no longer replies to my inquiries. Mike will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up for television, and then not follow through with his promises. I would not recommend doing business with Mike or ASAP Satellites.
