This vet is what we all wish they were - detailed, compassionate, genuine, available, open, patient - all coupled with decades of wisdom, expertise and a lot of heart.

Our senior dog, Precious Pup age 15, had been having frequent seizures and Dr. Moreno and the staff have been really wonderful with the care and information. Not being able to be with her during her visits because of the pandemic is heartbreaking and knowing that everyone loves P and that she has a favorite Tech (I can't remember her name!) makes me know she's in the right care. Thank you everyone that is helping us navigate this. Much love and respect, The Marquez Family-Dave, Kathy & Precious Pup aka Precious, P-Doggy, Presh, Pruppers, Pruppy Griyl, Pup Doggy, Pupper Dogger, Pupper, Doggin

Well my first impression wasn't great. I called this vet because I am new to the area, and I was put on hold for over 7 minutes because my call was not an emergency. While I get there are priorities and emergencies should always come first. If people have to sit on hold for long periods of time, maybe they need more than one person answering phones. I didn't even get to speak to someone. I hope other new potential clients do not run into the same issue. It surely doesn't speak well of future service.

We were new clients with an ill dog and they got us right in and helped us and gave our baby medicine to help him. Great people. I recommend even after only one visit due to the awesome way we and our pet were treated.

There are not enough words to express our gratitude for the gentle, kind, and compassionate care we received from Dr Rich Jackson. We took our 14 year old baby girl Havana to see him when she was having some vague health issues. Dr Jackson took the time to look deeper into the diagnostic tests to make sure we didn't miss anything. Our girl ended up passing from the illness she was suffering from and although we never were able to determine what it was, Dr Jackson stayed right there by our side as we transitioned from treating to end of life care. He even made it a point to call and check on our beloved girl up until the end. We are forever grateful for the love and care he showed Havana

We are new to the area and Animal Medical Center was highly recommended by our friends we met while staying in a hotel. We just love that Drs. Rich and Kent Jackson spend as much time as you need with your beloved pet and you. They are also available by phone to answer any questions that arise in between visits. We drive a good 30 minutes to receive the best care for our kitties and our new puppy.

We have Vet Dr.Anderson, and she is spectacular. Our bulldog is very anxious when it comes to the vet, but this dr. Is so calm and patient and makes it such a positive environment. I appreciate how much she cares for my dog. This is definitely our home now for our dogs!

After years of being loyal customers to AMC, we won't be back. Last week I took my dogs in to get some small concerns checked out. I didn't really receive answers to any of my concerns. The vet was kind, but again, my concerns were not resolved. When I was checking out, I mentioned this to the super kind ladies working up front. They completely understood and rescheduled me for another appointment to address the SAME concerns, and said they'd talk to the manager. I called before my appointment today because I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to pay for the same thing twice. Candie at the front desk made sure that I should expect to pay for another vet visit. We have spent at least $6,000 on one of our dogs here at AMC. To be told we need to pay again, to get the answers we didn't get last week, is absurd to us. We have never complained about a single thing since taking our dogs to AMC. Typically, when you value a customer that has spent thousands, and would spend thousands more if it was ever deemed necessary, you'd want to rectify the situation for them. That is not the case here. AMC is a pricey vet office that we didn't mind paying for until we were treated the way we were this morning.

A good samaritan came in today frantically trying to get help for a cat someone else had run over on the road! It was crying and dying in pain and you guys had the nerve to turn her away because she wasn't the owner! She just wanted to help this poor injured pet that was suffering! How can you say you care about animals when turning down a dying animal in pain? Real animal lovers would do anything to save the suffering
