Great company with fast, informative customer service. They start small and simple on repairs and do try to save you money before escalating to more expensive fixes. Fast appointment times and good communication. They worked well with PCWA to get our reports submitted. Good job guys, you've got a repeat customer!

I did not even know the technician had arrived and done testing. I assume it was all OK because nothing was reported to us. Phone call or text would have been perfect score.

Our Backflow preventer went out on a Tuesday and the plumber we typically use was recommending a full replacement for $2.5k. Thankfully we got a second opinion! The 2nd plumber told us we should see a backflow licensed plumber. He told us general plumbing contractors aren't typically licensed to repair and test backflow preventers, but that we could pay way less if we hire a backflow preventer licensed plumber and just have them repair it. Well, was that ever a good idea! We found American River Backflow through a Google search. Jason repaired our backflow preventer within 30 to 40 minutes and our water, after days of being shut off, was back up and running. We saved north of $2k!! What I liked most though was Jason's attitude: really nice guy and professional. He was confident, calm and I felt assured he could solve our issue. We will for sure be calling Jason again if our backflow preventer springs a leak. You should too! Don't waste your time calling a general plumbing contractor who is going to charge you thousands of dollars to replace something that can be repaired. You've got to call American River Backflow!

American River Backflow saved us! Our water company sent a letter stating that we were out of compliance and that they were going to shut our water off. Jason came out the next morning and got us repaired and tested! Along with taking the time to explain the process to us he also dealt with the water company on our behalf and sent in all of the paper work to get us back in compliance.
