Finding a body shop you can trust can feel like such a daunting experience - if you’re in or near Auburn, look no further than Alcon Collision Repair. My husband’s truck was majorly keyed by some a**hole and Alcon went above and beyond. His truck looks brand new and the care and attention that went into our service, down to the cleaning of the interior, turned an upsetting experience into a surprisingly easy and happy closure. They also helped with our deductible which made it so that we were even able to get the truck fixed in the first place. We highly recommend Alcon Collision Repair, and we are so grateful to them for their expertise and our experience.

Alcon Collision Repair did an excellent job on my 2016 Toyota Prius!!I was rear-ended 2 weeks ago and a friend recommended Alcon Collision Repair to me to fix the damages.I am grateful for his advice.My Prius looks like new now.Their attention to detail shows in everything they repaired. Also, the paint job that was needed matches exactly. Not only was the body-work done to perfection, but they helped me get through the insurance and car rental process.Emerson was attentive to all my customer service needs. We had a tree land on my wife's new SUV. Alcon did a great job of fixing the damage and keeping us informed of their progress. The damage was extensive. However, Alcon was able to repair the vehicle quickly. We are happy with the service and intend to use again!

I hadn't owned my '21 Audi Q5 for even a week when I scrapped a granite post with my back bumper. I took it to Alcon where Emmerson Henriquez took over the care of restoration. His team did an immaculate repair. It again looks like it just came off the showroom floor. High praises for Alcon! They were efficient too. Great people, excellent work.

Dealer I bought my car from agreed to fix a few spots on the fender. My partner wanted the whole car detailed as there were some small scratches. Alcon did an excellent job! We even asked him to paint the fin antenna red so I can quickly identify my car, I love it!Great job!!!
