Clean, well-organized, and well-staffed. Above average quality and experience when compared to other Walmart stores. Clean restroom facilities. Compared to Target, which is right next door, this Walmart seems to be a step above.

Got curbside service. This store does not like to answer the phone when you call to say you b are there. They helped 4 cars before me. I was the 1st one there.

I think this walmart is very nice. Every time I shop there they are always more than willing to help me. Its a very good store.

Good, Bad, Ugly. Bad - Ordered full sheet cake one week in advance and paid in full, verified the night before pick-up for next morning @ 8a, next morning @8a, no cake (personnel called in ill). Ugly - The cake was for a 30th Anniversary that was to be celebrated starting at 9a and they had no substitutions (e.g., cupcakes, small cakes, half cakes, etc.). Good - Store was not going to reimburse because cake was purchased with gift cards. The Manager on duty made an exception and reimbursed with cash (where we proceeded to go to another store to purchase cupcakes):( Beware.

Constantly runs out of stock on popular items.
Update: Still, always out of stock on certain items.
Still the long lines but they did get new carts!
The Walmart greeter at the exit door is creating lines for people who have already paid and it's ridiculous. I know they're trying to check for theft but that is not helping in any way at all.

I appreciate THIS Walmart. I live in Merced but can not stand the Merced store. I drive 3 days a week to Atwater just to avoid Merced store. Most of those that work there are friendly and helpful
The store is clean, well stocked and easy to find items. Checkout is a breeze UNLIKE Merced. Keep it up Atwater
