I went to this store yesterday and after waiting in the drive thru line and them helping the car in front of me, the person at the window put up a closed sign without even speaking with me. I then hit the button and she talked thru the blind telling me they close at 5 and I told her I was in line and she help the car in front of me and she said it didn't madder. Very poor customer service.

I got a prescription for chronic pain from out of state. After being told it would be ready at 4:00 I saw it was delayed. I called to find out why and after two hold sessions I was told it couldn't be filled. I stated that someone could have told me that two ours ago. The response was rude and indicated the pharmacist doesn't take responsibility for her staff's errors.

There pay by debit doesn't work at the pharmacy they won't answer the phone it's pretty terrible

I called him up 2 days before and give him my medication number and , they tell me it's ready, my daughter goes down there and it's never ready and this is every month . I would suggest, if you were going to use Walgreens the one in Merced . The drive-thru has a long wait and there's always a problem and if you go inside it's a long line in there too I was suggest Merced.

They're slow but they hardly ever out of prescriptions that you need. Also have good sales sometimes on their items.

The drive-thru has a long wait and there's always a problem and if you go inside it's a long line in there too I was suggest Merced.

As a pharmacy, this location is fairly slow with refilling prescriptions and also doesn't do a very good job in answering the telephones when customers call in with questions. As a retail store, the weekly specials and in store sales are the best way for you to purchase quality goods while saving a decent amount of money in comparison with larger competitors.

I think the manager lady was to young too immature and down right b****** I dont use that word lightly either growing up with 6 sisters and a single mom. Rude mean I believe shes picking and choosing who hand sanitizer will go too or keeping some for her family or friends or self. The front end employee ya we got a shipment and pretty sure I saw sanitizer were still putting it out then the manager said no. Then I try to add money to chime card cash and my license is expired cant fix it with the dmv being closed and she wont allow it to be done. I'm not taking money off the card I'm adding money to the card and not purchasing something illegal so why cant it be done. She just didnt like me the minute I saw her she looked upset like she was having a bad day..

Sylvia, the employee in the photo department is rude. I went in yesterday to get a passport photo taken. She looked me up and down and said they were having problems with their printer. I don't understand how they can employ people like this. It is almost like they have to go out of their way to be rude
