“the staff is usually really cool & try to make small talk with customers during check out. alondra with the pretty black & blue hair said i have "good energy" & gave me a paper about making popsicles. had a fun little chat with her & almost felt like i knew her. awesome customer service!”

“I use to love going to Santa Fe pet hospital but since Covid I am are not able to go in the back with my pets for their apps n I don't like not being able to talk to the vet my self the staff is good but don't always get the concerns I have right it's like handing ur child off to the nurse. I am considering changing vets”

“We love Santa Fe Pet Hospital. Purchased kitten packages for both of my daughter's kittens and just had them both neutered. It was an easy appointment and both of the kittens are good as new. They came home the same day and were treated with love and care.”
“The call to the vet was a great experience. The lady that I spoke with was nice and empathetic when responding to my questions. Check in was easy. Dr. Lawson was so gentle and calm with my cat Sadie. She doesn't do good with strangers especially at the vet. Dr. Lawson tried to keep her tone quiet and calm to keep Sadie calm. I took Sadie out of her backpack and she actually let Dr. Lawson pet her! I was so surprised! She was gentle with sadie the whole time. I thanked her for being patient and gentle with her. She has never done that great at the vet. 10/10”

“Took my baby for his first vet visit with Merced Vet and LOVED it! I was so nervous for my boy due to his aggressiveness, he can be a little unpredictable with strangers but once the vet came in she made sure she gained my pups trust before anything else and it REALLY HELPED. At the end of the visit my boy was so happy and I was so relieved at how it all turned out. Definitely recommend this clinic for your pups health !”

“We were in a hard place with our pooch. She was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen asap. Our regular vet would not squeeze her in. It’s torture watching your family pet member suffer and not be able to help. Atwater Vet Center worked us in as new clients and were so caring and understanding. They helped make the worst a little less awful with their compassion. This is now our regular vet. We live this place!”
