Definitely, very unprofessional store staff the people working are dressed like they work at the gym. What happen to professional attire? As soon as I walked in the door all I got was mean looks and annoyed employees I sat there for 30 min and ended up walking out canceling what I had to do and this is why so many companies choose to go digital when it comes to employees. I would definitely not recommend to come here for service go to the one in Merced instead! Owner or who ever runs this place you definitely should look into hiring new employees. If you’re unhappy work somewhere else.

Over all great experience my sales associate was very corteous knowledgeable and explained my new phone and its features also helped me to pick a case and screen n protector as well..Which I feel is a must with such a big investment She did a great job and also transferred all my info and made sure it was done right before I left feeling thankful and excited to use my new phone
