The employees that work here are no help at all they have terrible customer service

ALL,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, automated systems are awful,,,,, but this one stands alone as the most pathetic display of incompetence I've ever experienced!!! ( I'm talking about the phone system only!!!!!

For some reason my mail lady always seems to just launch my packages at my porch. I've complained numerous times as some are delicate packages and NOTHING seems to be done! I know because I catch her on my cameras every time!
