Avoid this place. The service is really bad. My bill was higher than what they told me. I had to talk to customer service to bring it down to what I was told. I traded my phone in and was told I’ll get 800$ off the new phone since mine is pretty much brand new. what they didn’t tell me was that I have to stay with them for 3 years to actually get that money. If I cancel the service before then I’ll have to pay the remaining balance on my phone. So if the service is super bad you’ll end up having to pay your device off before you can leave. So they got my phone and now if I leave I’ll have to pay close to 600$ to leave. If you have a good phone, do not trade it in. Instead sell it yourself so you can actually get the money and use it toward your new phone. Dont get stuck with this company. The service is super bad. I don’t even get coverage at home sometimes. The only good thing is free Netflix.

Been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and always had fantastic customer service and support with them. From flip phone to our hand computer phone now, never any problems.

The people that work there are friendly the problem is you cannot do a lot of things in the store you have to constantly call customer service if you want to do insurance claim or cancel a line there's a lot of things you cannot do at the store it's more of a hassle than help

T-Mobile in Atwater needs employees who DOES NOT discriminate by what the customer is wearing or how they look, who actually listens to there customers, not employees who role their eyes not once but 3 times, interrupts the customer when they're explaining a situation, and doesn't interfere into a conversation if the customer is speaking to another employee cause the "attitude employee" was being completely disrespectful. Today we went to get a new phone and I felt so be little and discriminated by this employee! When walking in, all the employees made it seem we were an inconvenience. My sister and I are the only customers in the store. Management needs to get their staff together and remind them the only reason why they have their jobs is because of the customers and being racist is not a good look especially when they make it noticeable. The girl in the photo needs a reality check! For T Mobile to have this female represent the brand is completely not a good look and will not help your business. We work in Customer Service Management, my sister and I never had an experience like this. We've been with T-Mobile for 20 years and this location always give us BS. At this point, I would close this location down. I also have video on the whole experience as well and the 3 times the girl in the photo rolled her eyes! Something needs to change ASAP

I went to the Sprint/ T-Mobile store Sunday and yesterday. I wanted to thank Andrea for her great customer service she's awesome and patient. She helped with a sim card swap and I wasn't charged. She's awesome!
