“Recent renter with this company, Eric was great, they all were really nice and helpful actually. It altogether was a little expensive but what’s not these days for the most part my experience was positive. All in all they got me into a nice house fairly quickly, communication/direction could use some work, just make sure you read what you sign and be patient. As far as the deposit goes it took a little time for me to get mine back, but it was very fair for me, just make sure you clean and don’t destroy things you should be fine. I just want to thank all the workers at Yosemite Realty for making the year I spent with them enjoyable ? I would most likely recommend this company to my friends or family.”
