Atwater Petco is the worst how are you still in business.. ? I walked in the store close to closing went straight to fish area NOBODY to answer my questions about the betta snacks.. it's like that always so I shrugged it off.. found what i was kinda looking for grabbed it headed to front of store .. some worker approced me "yeah helper" NOPE. She tells me they were closed..it's 8:02.. I said I didn't hear the announcement she says our speaker is broken...I didn't get to purchase my item..I always seem to leave that store super disappointed..

I was embarrassed at the register when the cashier rang up my items for regular price when they were clearance. She took care of the customer BEHIND ME...when I frustrated went to go rip the sticker from shelf. Another store person put my basket away, when I needed it to exit the store. She didn't even offer me a bag for my items.

I usually shop at Petco at another location, but today I needed cat food and had business in another direction, so I was coming by this location on my way home. This store was clean and didn't have any bad odors. The employees I dealt with were helpful and friendly. This store is very similar to the location I am used to, but they are laid out differently. They seem to have the same things, food, prescription food, snacks, vitamins, clothes, bowls, feeders, beds, crates, carriers, houses, cages, leashes, collars, harnesses, litter, bedding, toys, aquariums, pumps, water treatments, cleansers, first aid and other supplies for cats, dogs, birds, chickens, fish, snakes, lizards, frogs, turtles, tarantulas, crabs, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, ferrits and other pets. They do sell some small animals, mainly reptiles, fish and birds. There is a groomer on location. Well behaved pets are welcome in the store on leash or being held. There is not a veterinarian at this location.

Don't know if first statement went thru. Woman cashier very rude. My dog and I are handicap, put my dog down to pay "PICK UP YOUR DOG NOW"

Was having a problem with my account with the points they get messed up quite a bit of times and very helpful and corrected it and advised me of my expiration dates love them

They have what I need for my dogs and cats. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Spoke to one young woman about some struggles I'm having with one dogs training and behaviors, she was able to offer some helpful advice.

So the manager Alex needs a raise! Almost every time I come in to try n buy food for my dog I have trouble. Sometimes the app doesn't work, some times my coupons won't scan. Alex not only will help but fix the problem. The last few times I went in n he seen me, he just walked over without any hesitation. Because of Alex n his awesome customer service, is why I continue to shop here. Thank you bro ?

Every time I go into this Petco, I'm waiting for somebody to ring me up at the register longer than I'm actually shopping... Today I'm tapping and yelling for somebody to ring me up... I had to walk all the way to the back.. then finally a male and female come out of a closed door room....oookkaaayyy

Great customer service and when I say great great. I can't remember name of the kid that waited on me but we were talking about German shepherds and he told me about a dog food to get him. He was so patient and helping me and explaining to me about the food m I've not had that much help in so long I appreciate him
