Was in need of a new battery and after auto zone turned me away saying they couldn't help me until it stopped raining due to needing them to remove the battery (it was a mist drizzle). Had it been raining hard I wouldn't have expected them to remove it and replace it. I called O'Reilly's auto parts down the street and they helped me right away. They removed and replaced the new battery I purchased from them, no hesitation. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Thank you Ben for the great customer service and being so helpful.

While the line up front is completely stagnant as one person slowly helps a constant stream of customers, we find two other employees, standing around at the back counter doing NOTHING but looking at their phones and goofing off. Where the F is leadership here? Not coming back.

James was such a helpful person he explained things very well. More than once at times to help me understand completely. He showed me there member point system and I had a large order so I'll have enough to pay more towards our broke down truck saving me even more money. Then with all the time he spend helping me find my parts I asked if he could test my car batter and found out it was a bad batter(4 year old battery) and he installed my new battery no charge!! It was in a tight spot as well. No issue for this gentleman. This store has the best customer service and there prices beats other part stores by a lot. This will be my go too for all my car needs.
