Went in to make sure everything was good and I was advised to keep an eye out on my tires since I would need them replaced soon. Glad I was informed of when I should change my tires so that I could drive safely.

First tire blew in 24hrs the second tire now has broken belts on the sidewall a week later. This is what you get when you go to a shop that has a man sleeping in the shop overnight Owner doesn’t care about your safety, techs improperly mounted tire and left me stranded in middle of no where. Called in issue when I was mobile again and was informed they would be open till 6pm. The store intentionally locked up shop a whole hour early. Until somebody heard me knocking on door to get in. DoNOT bring your cars here if you want the store to take any kind of responsibility for their workers. You’re better off hitting a real shop down the road.
Get you tires from here if you want them to last a week, the one new tire that survived the first week now has bulges in the sidewall. What waste of money. Cant wait for the BBB to come by this week and shut them down

It’s been an unfortunate experience dealing with this shop. They scratched our rim which would cost $300 to replace with a used one or repair, then told us wed have to pay them for the tire job and use their guy to repair the rim, we’ve waited for weeks and they have yet to arrange anything. On top of that they charged us $55 a tire, go anywhere but nachos.

Hello Isac, we care about the safety of our customers, what happens is that you arrived at the store with lies. That the tire had defects without being true. The reason your tire popped is because you hit it on a sidewalk or in some hole. It's not our fault. We guarantee the tires when its factory defective. But in this case you hit the wheel and it is not our fault. We have photos of the tire and it has a dent. If you had told us the truth. I would have given you another tire. It wasn't our fault though. But that's not the way. Next time be honest about what happened instead of trying to get service with lies

I live in Atwater and I've been a customer to this tire shop for about 8 years. Nachos offers fast service every time! My tires usually blowout from here because I probably don't replace them soon enough. I usually purchase their average quality tires so I requested superior quality and more reliable tires this time.
On June 17, 2023 I purchased the 2 brand new Michelin tires from Nachos. The day I had my tires ordered, I explained to the employee working that day, which was the same one that ordered my tires, I make daily trips to Ceres and these tire blowouts are no fun so I don't want the tires he has available at the shop. He told me he could get Michelin tires that were much better quality.
Today, May 21, 2024, I was looking into matching 2 new tires, to the Michelin pair I had purchased last year in June and I discovered that the tires that were offered to me were snow tires. Michelin X-ICE. They didn't explain they were snow tires and I was ignorant with the type of tires I was getting. I live in Atwater so why would they offer me snow tires when Merced County weather is no where near snowy weather? They probably are better, but they weren't the best option for me.
I genuinely believe I was intentionally given a bad recommendation because I'm a female and these tires were collecting dust and were probably a cheaper alternative for Nachos and I was obviously unaware of what I was getting. I will do my own homework next time. I would have invested more, if I had to, for tires that were more suitable for me.

Unprofessional service I took my truck to get 2 tires changed they gave me an exact price and a when a third party showed up they he gave me a different price, $30 price difference not a lot but they need to respect the price given and be more professional
