Service is awful and the wash is mid. Vacuums aren’t maintained well at all. Ever since mister took over it’s gone downhill.

Garbage wash. They DO NOT do touchless, the brushes scratch the paint.

Vacuums are good customer service is good but there is always water and soap left on my car and it leaves a film unless I go around with a towel and get it all off by hand. This is not ideal for convenience.
