Terrible service. Door was unlocked, walked in and was refused service. Will most likely never go here again. If you Don’t want customers lock your door.If you don’t “troubleshoot” after 6, add that to your hours.Find better staff or you will lose all of your long term customers. Metro user for many years but I’d rather pay more for better service.

These guys are scam, do not every go to this store, they lie about everything. If you take a phone that you used with metro before to put a sim in there. They will tell you that it is reported stolen or is un-paid. They just want to sell their own phones. Worst customer service ever!

Accessories are overpriced by A LOT, but great customer service. Wish they would get in the habit of letting customers know the prices of items BEFORE they are opened as certain things are not returnable after opening them. $30 for a screen protector is absurd!!!

I don't give reviews ever so this is pretty much my first but, the thing that I did not like at all is that they only have specials for "switchers" even though, everyone should be able to get really good deals like everyone else.
