I got a new phone and started a new service with Metro and it's fine so far and the most inexpensive deal around!!!

Accessories are overpriced by A LOT, but great customer service. Wish they would get in the habit of letting customers know the prices of items BEFORE they are opened as certain things are not returnable after opening them. $30 for a screen protector is absurd!!!
