Nice and somewhat inviting. I ordered a slices n stix, 2 orders of Garlic Parmesan wings, a deepdish box, and a 20 oz soda. It cost about 36 bucks and only had to wait about 10 minutes plus it came with a free order of crazy sauce. The breadsticks were good. The deepdish was good. The pizza was good. The wings were savory. I enjoyed the soda. I would recommend it but it is a bit pricey so not for me personally but maybe if I want to splurge.

The owner here tries to be a cool guy, like he think he tough and picks on employees. The managers here are losers who try to date the employees and when the employees don’t want to be in those uncomfortable environments they end up cutting ur pay. The fat manager Victoria will stalk you at the job or off the job. The general manager will hire a bunch of minors and give them full time shifts and full time hours even though it’s illegal to overwork them. They give the adults very little hours unless you’re a manager or you join their loser friend group.???♂️ don’t get me started on the roaches and bugs in the kitchen. I wouldn’t trust the food nor the management here. Don’t spend your money at this trash place.

I had a very bad experience on this place today on may 25/2023 around 5:35 it was a fight and all the employees of this business instead of calling police they were on there phones recording the fight instead calling the police the worst thing the guy the it was involved hey a kid age around 4 o 5 seen the I don’t Know if it was the dad of the kidthat the other guy started to hit him on front of his kid

My husband ordered 3 pizzas at 6:20pm and while I was on the road he received an email directing that it was ready in the pizza portal. So he texted me the portal code and told me the pizza was ready. (Pizzas note said it would be ready for I waited a while to pick up the pizza because previously when he ordered and immediately drove up to pick up, one of the pizzas was not ready. He ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. So, ran an errand and then decided to pick up. Email stated our pizza could not fit in the pizza portal so I needed to ask the cashier for it. Upon my arrival, the cashier stated it wasn't ready. I waited and waited. Finally after 1 hour and 48 minutes after initially placing the order online; I was handed 3 pizzas that were incorrect. To make the situation less of an issue - I simply asked for the additional toppings on the side so I could pay for them and go. The cashier scrounged around and said ok - but then didn't sell them to me. To my surprise, the Manager came into the picture and I explained the situation. Apparently there was a miss-order or communication and he kindly decided to remedy the mishap with making pizzas the way I requested and also offered 2 additional pizzas as a way to apologize. Because he handled this situation in the most upmost respect and helpfulness- I would absolutely recommend this location above the other location in Merced AND CONTINUE to order pizza from this specific LC.

Everything is great, including customer service but they really need to adapt to being more hygenic & wearing gloves. I will definitely not be coming back that's disgusting!!! ??♀️

Just letting you know Little Ceasars. I like to order your food once in a while but man, you should have people answering the phone with just "hello". I have to ask "is this little caesars?"Just the customer service side is just wack. Those little girls need to learn how to work customer service because that alone makes me not want to order anymore. Just teach them proper customer service so people can feel like they are being treated correctly. Idk. Maybe it's just me but I have worked customer service and just understand that customers are the most important part of a business. Have respect for the customer.
