Customer service is usually missing in many places, but not at Journeys. Dottie is the best, I walked out with two pairs of shoes but tried like 5 and she was ready to help.

Whatever shoes I wanted to try on, Dottie was there ready to help me! She provides great customer service. I only shop with her!

Went in there to look just to look. Walked out with 6 pairs of shoes. Dottie was amazing and provided wonderful service. We worked before and had the same experience. I spent way more than I planned. I’ve shopped at Journeys for years, by far, the best journeys staff!!!!
