Wasted $1600 just to get half a job completed, AC only blows cold when I’m driving now so I guess I better hope I don’t run into any traffic or red lights for the summer.

Had my truck sitting at the shop for 3 months only because he was to lazy to order a part, I went out of my way to get it, then he changed the dod sytem but letf the collapse lifters. This place is strait garbage. Safe yourself

Took my Duramax Diesel in for a timing belt and water pump. Jack and team were communicative and active to my concerns. Got my vehicle back and it was perfect. Thanks guys!

Beware the shop has poor security. My RV had its catalytic converter stolen while at the shop. The shop owner said he was not responsible and did nothing to make it right.

I took my car to this place for a repair. My car only need transmission flush but this guy want to charge me 2000 dollars to replace the transmission I said noooo way... the otter day they did a brake job. Change front and rear rotor and brake and one of my caliper was loose and damage the bee rotor and I call them about and the owner told me I have to pay again for parts and labor.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY AUTO REPAIR GUYS..

My mom's car just died at the stoplight of green sands & buhack. Wouldn't start. Turned over but wouldn't fire. Had it towed 2 jacks. Towtruck çouldnt get flashers shut off. So right away the battery was dead. At jacks he claims according 2 the service reciept he did a diagnostic & a compression test. He thought timing. The car had less than 60000 miles on it. Also it has a timing chain not belt. Ok mom had a bad feeling about the place the answers she was getting. So she had it towed elsewhere. Before that though jacks had started taking it apart. Had valve cover off knew the timing was fine all lined up. Also no mention about the dead battery. Ok so jack was going 2 do her timing chain. His quote $2000. $100 4 what he claims he did. Can u do a diagnostic on a car with a dead battery? How about compression? The guys down the road certified auto found its problem was the battery also some sensors & a couple old codes needed cleared. Paid $600 in the end not $2000. GO TO CERTIFIED AUTO. STAY CLEAR OF JACKS.

Rude service by Jack. Took over a month for repair that should have only took a week or two. It only took one week last time I had same work done 15 years ago on same vehicle at different location.

Jack is a rude old disgruntled man who probably hates women because he spoke to another man with a great attitude. Wasn't my first rodeo with the same car issue and he spoke to me like I was a dummy not understanding the car situation. After talking about service for a vehicle with JACKa$$ I'll never go there. If I could give zero stars I would. Prices better elsewhere anyway.

For starters whoever I was dealing with was extremely rude. I have been in and out of this shop for the past 3 weeks now. I initially had my vehicle towed to this shop after it had stopped running and left me on the side of the road. When I first called the man was extremely rude, but was willing to look at my vehicle dispite not having an appointment wich was honestly nice of them. They ran diagnostics cleaned out throttle body sensor but did not adress the original issue wich was a large evap leak. I assumed they did since The car was drivable after that and was told to drive it around for a bit, to take back to smog. NP, I also had them change my brakes(very pricey). After I had driven my car around. Check engine light pops on. When I checked, it was the the same evap leak code. So I took it back. Ofcourse very rude and not him remembering why or what I was bringing the vehicle back for, but I needed to get this fixed orelse I would've taken it somewhere else so I left it. Keep in mind this business will not call to give updates in vehicle so I waited until almost closing time to call and see what was going on? All that they did that day was run a diagnosis. That's it! No repair nothing. So I took my vehicle because I needed to get to work and back for the week and made an appointment with them to finally fix this and have it smogged. Today was my appointment and when I arrived, again extremely rude and had no clue why I was bringing in the vehicle AGAIN!. Assuming finally my vehicle would be fixed smogged and ready to go. I patiently waited. I called about 30 mins before closing time and all that they had done was "look at it"! That they would let me know tomorrow'.Then what was the point of the appointment? These people don't know what they are doing and are a complete waste of time. I unfortunately have to leave my vehicle there in hopes it will get fixed but will never EVER use.or recommend this place to anyone ever again.
