I'm going to have to go with mediocre on this one. I could've sworn I paid under 50$ to get my taxes done, but looking at my statement , Fiesta charged me 165$ ??? Also, it's already 3rd week of May 2024, where is my refund?

Terrible service, they take too long to serve you, they waste time talking, and texting on the computer, and their cell phones, and they can't help answer any questions. Terrible, terrible service, I do not recommend it at all.

I honestly would not recommend coming here to do your taxes. The ladies need more training on how to do taxes. It took an hour to tell me something i knew already and i still did not end up getting my taxes filed. I went to H&R block atleast they tried and did my taxes and did not give up unlike Fiesta because i believe it was too difficult.

Really bad customer service spoke with two different reps and both said they would call me back they never did. Text to see what was going on she said she would contact me on a few never did. Waisted all my day waiting on them.

Have my car insurance and can go in to pay there. If paying with card can add $30-50 extra. If cash can be $5-10.

I had insurance with these party people in Atwater California, but every time I went to make an exchange or a payment they always said that I had to make a payment for anything, I definitely do not recommend this place because without good reason...0s Here they only lower your money and they lie to you saying that they have insurance from 1 dollar a day but that is a lie, better look for another place for car insurance or any other service my people
