Went to this pet salon cause my dogs were in need of a nail trim , the person behind the counter gave her a fast trim and my dog screamed right infront of me so I went out and checked her nails and I can see the pink sticking out of her extra toes he sliced her

Flakes? Had an appointment today at 2. No one was there. Waited 20 mins beyond my appointment called and text with no answer and no response. Waisted my time. And to not respond. All it takes is to notify someone of cancellation or that you forgot or not showing up. My business will be going somewhere else.
