I called to check on a prescription. The woman tells me it'll be ready after 3:00 on Saturday, but I'll get a text first. I never received the text, so I finally called them back around 4:00. I spoke with the pharmacist and she said she wouldn't have it until Monday. Then why was I told it would be done at 3:00? Obviously it was too near to closing time for her to process the prescription...

My past experiences with this CVS have been fine but recently when filling a prescription that I needed became such a hassle. Lack of communication, unreasonable explanations on why my prescription could not be filled led for me to remove mine and my families prescriptions from here.

When I went to pick up my prescription, they did not have enough for the full order. They said they would give me a few and I should have a seat for a few minutes. 20 minutes later, I go to ask about the prescription, and it has been sitting there for a while. I asked why they didn't tell me it was ready since they told me to have a seat and all I got was, "oh, well, we have been busy". POOR customer service! POOR communications, THOUGHTLESS employee. I am thinking of switching to Rite Aid or Walgreens after this. I sure miss Save Mart Pharmacy

There was an issue with my daughter's prescription authorization through the iPledge system. I was told the previous day that the medication (Isotretinoin) was authorized and would be ready for pick up on 7/21/22. I came in 15 mins. prior to closing today thinking this would be a quick pick up as I was told the day before. When I arrived Pharmacy Tech, Depinder Kaur Khera (LICENSE NUMBER: TCH 180224) was extremely rude and disrespectful and told me there was no record of my daughter's prescription. She was very short and refused to look into the issue stating they were getting ready to close and I needed to come back the following day. She was trying to intimidate me into leaving the store and reminded me multiple times that the pharmacy was closing in 15 mins and there was nothing she could do because the doctor and insurance were already closed. Pathetic customer service and critical thinking skills to say the least! When I asked for her name (because she did not have her name tag displayed) and for the pharmacy manager's name, she raised her voice and told me to go ahead and leave as many bad reviews as I wanted to because she didn't care. Her behavior was very unprofessional and did not exemplify the exceptional customer service that this pharmacy is usually known for. While in the store, I contacted iPledge customer service which was NOT closed and the problem was found to be on the CVS side. At this point I was done with Depinder and the pharmacist was ultimately able to correct the issue and dispense the medication to me. Thankfully she was patient, helpful and kind unlike her pharmacy tech. But I do feel as the senior healthcare provider, the pharmacist should have stepped in and excused Depinder rather than stand idly by while she was rude and disrespectful to a valued CVS customer. I am an RN and if I were going off on a patient in front of a doctor, it would be their responsibility as the senior provider to mitigate the situation for the safety of the patient and staff and to decrease liability to the organization. To be fair, when I asked Depinder to speak to the pharmacist I was told that the pharmacist was new and it was only her second day and that is why Depinder was handling the situation. CVS, please look into Depinder's BAD behavior and provide her with some much needed customer service and emotional intelligence training, as well as training on the iPledge process. She is a ticking time bomb and desperately needs some managerial oversight. I hope she was just having a bad day, but it appears she feels like she runs the pharmacy, knows more than everyone else around her and is entitled enough to treat customers however she pleases. If she would be quiet and listen, she might be able to critically think her way through a situation and create a solution. A little compassion, active listening and human kindness will get you a long way Depinder! There is no need to be so nasty to people and most employers won't tolerate it. I know healthcare is difficult, but you can do better than you did today.

All of the people working at the Pharmacy are great! Their metal definitely came out during COVID. I really appreciate how they are always trying to make it work. Their answering service is contracted by a 3rd party and was definitely the lowest bidder. The state of California regulates how much medicine they can have on hand so the pharmacy people have to put up with irate customers when they have to order more or wait till the next month when their quota is reset. It is hard, but they soar like Eagles even though they have to work with Turkeys in order to help the customer.

I typically spend 5 min. here picking up new or current prescriptions. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I love the text option that let's you know your prescriptions are ready. They also ask if you want them to refill, it's so easy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pharmacist is rude! Didn't even try to let me explain anything and then without saying anything put me on hold.... she doesn't need a job with people if you don't want people with anxiety or something else asking questions! Every cvs I've been to sucks! Maybe you guys should either A) try hard at hiring nicer people or B) shut down.
