Cashier in pharmacy, Maria, was very rude, impatient, and not very helpful. She seemed bothered if I asked her a question. I think maybe the pharmacy was understaffed, however this is not the customers fault. Send her back to customer service class!

The worst and slowest pharmacy in the world! Only ONE car was at the window and it took over an hour to get that car out of line. It took another 30 minutes for them to come to the window for me. Line is completely backed up now. This is not efficient service by any means. No one is picking up the phone either. Crazy to think sick people and elders have to put up with this service. Time for a serious management revamp... and it's only a weekday, mid day... not lunch or weekend or evening busy hour.Yelp, where's the button got negative reviews?

As a pharmacy, this location is both friendly and quick with their service, they keep their lines moving at a fair pace and usually manage to refill prescriptions within the hour. I wouldn't shop here as a store, but that is only because their everyday prices are very high in comparison with others. If you watch the in store deals and check weekly ads, you can save a decent amount on all types of items.

If you're doing your covid swab here, don't even waste your time going early. THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU UNTIL THE EXACT TIME ON YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT. And then, you will have to wait when it's your time... (eye rolls) and the wait is 30-40mins

Worst worst worst everrr Pharmacy ever. How do these people sleep at night??! They don't refil medications and it takes forever to get them.. simply just refill them for customers. Then they fill Medication pill count wrong?? It's not that hard to count the pills correctly. My mother doesn't speak English and they treaTed her so badly... I would say racist a bit... my mother was having trouble picking up her medication so I call the pharmacy and they i told me on the phone they'll have someone there the next day to translate for my mother at the pharmacy bc she needees her medication for her Lupus. Still the next day, of course she was without a translator to even help when she and I specifically ask for one on the phone and the pharmacist said she'll have someone there for my mother to talk to! If I live closer I would of gave them a peice of my mind...by American disability act health care providers are require to provide a translator for patients when they need one! They Definitely did NOT provide a translator even on the phone for my mother every time she tried to talk to them... still days without her medications and they end up charging her for medications claiming they already gave her a 90 day supple when it was 30 day?! The perscription bottle they claim had 90 pills was so small it would only fit at most 60 pills cram in there?! Seriously so my mother was withoUt her medications for long she was so frustrated that she end up paying extra for it just so shE can finally take her meds!

Worst pharmacy ever. I've been given wrong medication, waited up to two days for refills, and although a medication was ready, they wouldn't allow me to pick it up because the pharmacist was in a staff meeting. After I sat and waited over an hour. Additionally they have no problem shouting out your personal information such as names the medication you're taking across the pharmacy area in front of other people. This is a violation of privacy and this Pharmacy is incompetent.

Store itself is great but the pharmacy is horrible. I went in on a Saturday afternoon over an hour after taking my daughter to the urgent care and was told they "didn't have" a prescription for her. I was sent by "rude man at the pick up counter" to speak to "impatient man at the drop off counter". I asked if he could please double check and he "couldn't find anything". I called the urgent care who told me it had been faxed over to them over an hour ago. The urgent care faxed it AGAIN, I got back in the pick up line for another 20 minutes and still nothing, "rude man" told me "nothing yet, back in line". I go back to "impatient man at the drop off counter" who miraculously still can't find a prescription that's been faxed twice. I called the urgent care again and they couldn't believe that I was still waiting at the pharmacy. They told me they were going to call the pharmacy and call me back to let me know it went through. I got back in the pick up like yet again and could hear the pharmacist answer the phone, his etiquette was nonexistent. I got my call back and they told me the pharmacist never checked the fax...seriously! They also commented on how unprofessional the pharmacist was and apologized for me having to wait so long. When I finally got to the front of the pick up line "rude man" didn't have much to say, no apologies or anything. He rang me up and sent me on my way.

DO NOT get your medicine here ! It will waste your time . There's always a wait even if the doctor called in the prescription hours ago. Everyone at the pharmacy is rude and they don't care about their customers. They gave my husband $100 worth of meds that the doctor didn't even prescribe . The doctor showed us. We took our business elsewhere

My son was prescribed antibiotics for a painful ear infection. Every single time I come to pick it up, I'm given some excuse as to why I can't have it. First they were backed up, then it's wasn't filled yet, now it's because the pharmacist is at lunch and the pharmacy assistant 'Alfonso' won't give me the medication without a consult. My son has literally been on this medication every year for 6 years. We don't need a consult. This is the third day I'm being refused my son's antibiotics. His fever is getting out of control because I can't give him his medicine. This should be considered negligence. I'm on call with corporate to make a formal complaint. Do not bring important prescriptions here. They take forever to fill and then they give you the run around.

This pharmacy continues to over-promise and under-deliver when it comes to pick-up times. They told my doctor my prescriptions would be ready in 2 hours. I waited 4 hours... and they still don't have them done. This isn't the first time. In fact it happens almost every time. Just tell me a time and stick to it!!

Haven't been to this store in a while. I remember this store being cleaner especially the floor from the door to the pharmacy and I remember the customer service being friendlier as well. The man who rang me up at the register could of been nicer. I'm also tired of the pharmacy telling me my prescription is ready only to go down there to be told that it isn't. This place has gone down hill. The only reason for the 3 stars is the coupons and extra bucks I get.

So i had to refill my prescription to this cvs only because the target cvs was closed for 1 month. I always refill my prescription online and when i got a text message that they were ready, i was shocked because i remembered specifically telling the staff that i did not want to get my RX auto refilled. I stopped by to pick up my RX through the drive thru and their drive thru window was temporary closed. I didnt have time to go in the cvs because i knew it would take 45 mins to get my RX. Came home to see if they can cancel my RX or have it transferred to the cvs target. got off the phone with a representative in the pharmacy and she hung up on me after asking her to take the RX off of the auto refill. Now i have to go to two different cvs to pick my RX for myself and my husband because they would not help me cancel/transfer my RX. Never will i go to this cvs again.
