getting someone to answer is a problem, and having to call because only partially filled prescriptions . . . a bit aggravating to people who are usually in pain or experiencing symptoms when they have to make these transactions . . . multiple errors not cool

They always have my medication ready, the staff are friendly, and I've been a customer for over three years. The fact that the pharmacy is part of a hospital also makes me feel safer as a customer rather than at other generic pharmacies and it is much more convenient for patients to get their medication.

Castle always has my medications ready and every time I go we spark up a conversation and I leave happier than I came in. Favorite pharmacy gives me a great family feeling and better than what I’ve seen at Walgreens who just pushes you along to serve the next customer. Highly recommended.

The pharmacist here is INCREDIBLE. He knows and greets patients with open mind and answers any questions without hesitation. He's been so great to my wife and goes above a.d beyond to make sure she u derstands each medication and of the top of his head offers advice and refill info accordinhly- he's a wonderful PHARMACIST AND MAN!!! We are blessed to have him!

Bad place to get your medicine not recommended they close what ever they eant to they have a sign close at 12:30pm an open at 1:00 pm for lunch I get there at 12:10pm to pickup my medicine and they all ready close for lunch not good farmacy

This place is a joke they never have my meds ready when they say they will. They told my daughter that my meds were ready then they made her wait 40 min so they would be ready. I am about to change pharmacy because of how bad there service is

This is the best pharmacy, I have every visited, all the staff are very friendly. Pharmacist Madhu Vanga is very Knowledgeable, will take time to explain in detail in-spite of being busy. It's located within the castle clinic ,and also home deliver medications. The only downside, they don't have any front end medications.

One star is too generous for this unprofessional joke of a pharmacy, operated by unmotivated staff, who know that they will stay in business because they are attached to a clinic that provides to patients on Medi-Cal; thus they do not have to stay competitive in the pharmaceutical market or even provide decent customer service. I had been with this pharmacy for 6 months before I finally transferred to another pharmacy in town. Every time I needed a prescription to be ordered or refilled, they f***ed up every step of the way. The first time I had a prescription filled, they didn't put the correct number of refills on it, so I had to contact my provider and wait for almost a WEEK for castle pharmacy to check their fax machine to update my prescription. The first time I got a refill on a prescription, I had to call and ask when it was ready (waited TWO days after requesting the refill). They told me it was ready, but when I got there, they only had less than half of the medication available and told me to come back again the next day! This became a constant theme and resulted in a number of frustrating calls with Castle Pharmacy staff (after holding for up to 10 minutes each time I phoned in) regarding errors with my prescription. If it couldn't get anymore frustrating, when I had my prescription transferred, they sent the information to my new pharmacy with the WRONG NUMBER OF REFILLS! 45 minutes of phone tag and hold times with the staff resulted in, "Please have [your new pharmacy] call us." The least they could have done was called my new pharmacy to fix the mistake they just made. Bottom line: If you do not have to use this pharmacy, then DON'T.

I have never been to a pharmacy that is open, helpful and very friendly, I'm on a first name basis and the people there are just really very nice and professional I have never had one issue in 2 years of going there. I drive out of town just to get my medicines I would not go anywhere else for sure. The wait time is fast the calls are answered. What works for me is that they really genuinely care about there customers.
