I had the worst experience dealing with a Managet I’ve ever had. She was so rude & not very pleasant. I now shop in Turlock to avoid seeing her.

Looked up the hours of opening on Yelp, which said 9 AM however, they don't open till 10 AM so don't waste your time getting there Management needs to update the hours so people don't waste a bunch of time

They don't do returns and don't respect that you work hard for your money!The manager admitted to me that she wouldn't shop at a store that doesn't do returns.Buy Work boots on Amazon!!!!Screw anywhere that doesn't stand by any product that cost you 1 or more days life at work.Walmart and target let you return shoes... but it's impossible at a Boot Barn... make it make sense.Stay Away from this place and shop Amazon!!!

Second time coming and yet again, worst customer service, had to approach a girl for help. Short blonde lady with glasses just walking around mugging people and yelling at the employees must be a supervisor/manager. Won't be coming again will recommend to go to Turlock or Modesto better customer service!
